I was the unfortunate victim of sewage flood damage at​ the beginning of September. When Josh and his crew(s) came to mitigate my condo, they did a great job of keeping me informed and performing work of high quality. Craig, the contractor for re-installation of floors/drywall started off very strong and professional. Keeping me updated on progress and providing dates. I had to follow up a few times, but overall he did a good job. Unfortunately, during the reinstallation process,​ I ran into a few snags. Some were typical of construction (slightly longer timelines, a damaged stove, etc.), some were some not ideal communication from Craig. I originally posted a mostly negative review based on how the job was completed. When that happened, Chris (the owner) contacted me immediately and graciously, expediently, and professionally rectified all of the outstanding​issues. The service and communication he provided were​ exceptional and I am now a​ satisfied customer. My living situation is 100% back to normal because of his intervention. He is professional, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused. In general, ServPro Brighton has excellent workers (painters, floor installers, movers, etc.) but have some areas of growth regarding middle managers. This is ok because they have a great owner/executive leader. Based on the customer service recovery I experienced, I would recommend them for service (and advise future customers to work with Chris if there are any snags which are likely to occur when dealing with flooding and construction ).​ read more

When doing a large home renovation project such as a roof, you want the job done right. Chad's team was able to assess my roof, get me a quote and execute the work all within less than a week. The ServPro team did a wonderful job explaining the scope of work, assisting me in selecting a roof color that was the most aesthetically pleasing and keeping me informed of the status of the job. From start to finish Chris & Mario were wonderful to work with. Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. They both helped me feel comfortable with large decisions. When it came time for Mario and Ryan to come help do the repairs, they were prompt, professional, and kind. Provided additional information that made me feel even better with our decisions. This franchise location is horrible. Our insurance company referred them and it was a nightmare. They did not show up when they said they would so you would have to track them down. Then they refused to do the work they committed to and the insurance company paid them to do so I had to have the insurance company call them constantly. The owner and his staff are in desperate need of customer service and interpersonal skills training, they could not even offer a sincere apology. Do not use them. read more

What an amazing team to work with. My husband found mold in a wall while doing some home renovations, we called Servpro to come out and give us an estimate for the mold removal. They came out that day, looked at the mold, found what the cause was. Told us what we needed to do to repair the issue and then gave us a quote for the remediation. The WORST service company we have ever dealt with and best advice is to AVOID Servpro. Their staff is extremely incompetent, their so-called cleanup was so bad that even the contractors that we hired to do the repairs even complained about how bad Servpro did a "hack job" ....in every aspect; a sign of or lack of poorly trained employees and terrible service from top down. read more

Overall a pretty solid experience. Had about an inch of water in my basement after our water softener pretty much exploded. they came out and dried the carpet and most of the walls. Crew was nice and worked hard. Rebuilt it all in a few weeks and looks good as new read more
