Communication was good but I felt like I needed to "babysit" to make sure windows were being cleaned. I asked for the screens to be cleaned for the add on price and was told "we can't get them any cleaner than what they are". I will attach a picture of my "clean" screen. When inquiring about a quote, I sent pictures of indoor door walls that I wanted to be cleaned, was told no problem it would be quoted with job. The guys were wrapping up inside and I had to ask about the door walls, was told that wasn't on the quote and they would need to make a phone call. Was told they would do them but basically they would be doing it for free because the quote didn't reflect the extra cost. I tipped and felt obligated to add extra tip for the door walls. After the guys left I walked around and noticed screens were left out of windows and the rooms were left a mess with things that were moved and left, not at all the detail I am looking for. I have my windows done twice a year and more than willing to pay for great service and the extras, unfortunately, it won't be with this company again.

They let me know about a couple of windows on our home that had pane damage, which was something new I learned about. We called them again to powerwash our house, but when I came home to see their work I noticed they did not even use a cleaning solution just water.  Yes they rinsed our house with plain water. The next day I called the owner Matt and he gave us his apologies and refunded our money. After getting such poor service I ask Matt to take down our prior review by making more than 6 phone calls and at least 10 email messages over several months always getting an excuse on how he cannot remove the review. It is one thing to do a crappy job but when my wifes reviews are trusted by neighbors that also get sub-par results it makes me furious.
