First of all, the cost of the service was very affordable, especially when it comes to the more visible companies that we all recognize. They were actually cheaper than them in my experience. Second they are very knowledgeable about what they're doing. I had a few stains in the carpets I had them clean and they went into detail as to what caused the stains. There were some from different sources. The guy asking told me it was because they have different pretreatments for each type of stain. Now this guy didn't just come in with a machine and push it all over the carpet. First he came in with different chemicals for each stain source and scrubbed the stains with a powered scrub brush and let some set longer than others. Then he came in with the machine and started that up. Can't be happier with the results. Before I forget, one thing I really liked was there was no time window on scheduling. They said they were coming at 1pm and they were there at 1pm. We did an estimate over the phone which was nice and the guy measured before we started because he said it looked close, and I have to admit I was a little over what I thought it was, but he said it was close enough and continued with the estimated price. Gotta say; I'm calling these guys back whenever I need any service I can use them for.

They did not stop for a minute and did…read morea thorough cleaning of every inch of the house (even the closets) - moving furniture to vacuum, dusting the Venetian blinds, scrubbing the bathroom tiled showers, washing interior windows, and even helped me lay down a large new rug that was delivered while they were working. I offered coffee, water, soda, cookies - nothing stopped them from their tasks. Albania even starting singing while she was working, so they happily found an accompanying playlist while they labored on.. They worked for hours - and bagged up all the dirtied paper towels and dusters to take to the trashcans. I was there the whole time, but I truly believe that didn't make one bit of difference with these ladies. They were there to finish a job that they had been hired to do. The price was quoted prior to the hire after describing what needed to be cleaned and the size of the house. It is not an hourly rate, but based on the job being completed. Very nice, hard-working crew that I would definitely hire again - and that is my plan!

She tells me the first cleaning is way more expensive than subsequent cleaning and begins to let me know add-ons such as tidying up/organizing is extra. I bite my tongue and agree. She tells me she will meet me at a specific time and I agree. The day of the cleaning comes and the morning of she begins to tell me she will be a little late like an hour. Again, I give her some grace and tell her it is fine as I have taken some time off from work in preparation for the cleaning. She ends up being 2 hours late but that is not the most shocking moment of this severely bizarre and unprofessional service. She shows up to my door two hours late. Takes one look at me in disgust as if she has never seen a black person before. I show her around the house. She then proceeds to lie and say she has to get more cleaning things from her car and then drives off. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life neither have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot help but to have lived through this humiliation but let this be a warning for anyone else trying to book with this cleaning service. I wish I could give zero stars. She says I had a picture on care.com but it was just my name so I do not know where she even got my picture from. Any comment she has provided below is all in an effort to cover up her shameful behavior.
