I can't tell you how happy I was with these folks. From Troy (the first guy who came to scope out…read morethe job), to Norma (the office manager), to the number of guys who came out to help us, super kudos to all of them. We had a terrible sewer backup issue in our basement where all of the block's nabes' excrements and wipes, etc flooded our entire basement up to 2 inches high in some places. I called them first thing in the morning, and they had Troy come out within 30 minutes, and within 30 more minutes, a whole crew came in their hazmat suits, with a dumpster, ready to clean, demo, and sanitize the place. They also had the nerve of invoicing us a price that was significantly less than a nearby competitor and they gave us a further discount to boot. I can't thank them enough and can't recommend them enough. Tremendous.

I…read morecalled my insurance co and they got in touch with Service Master that same evening Service Master called me and were at my apt, the very next morning at 9am with a large humidifier and a large fan. They did a test for water and sure enough there was water. They cuts 2 holes in the soffit and checked for mold and lucky for me there were none. However, Service Master didn't want to chance it so thy treated it with a mold resistant just to make sure. That's what I call going above and beyond. They came everyday to take readings and on the 3rd day it was dry. Then they spackle and sanded two days in a row. They cleaned my bathroom each time they were here you could not even tell any sanding was done that's how clean they left it. Today they pained and what a fantastic job they did. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Kudos SERVICEMASTER****

I missed my daughter's birthday while waiting for them to come on an "emergency clean-up." Needless to say, they never came that night. They came 24 hours later. Once they finally arrived, I was not provided with a written estimate, only a verbal one. After which, I was charged double the amount they stated. The service itself was terrible and after everything, they left a mess, which they refused to clean up, even after I called to complain. I am in the process of hiring someone else to clean up their mess. According to my contractor, they did not even complete the job they came to do. They should have cut the walls higher up and after they left, the walls were still soaking wet! When I called them back, they came and told me there was nothing else they could do. Long story short, I was overcharged for a horrible and incomplete job done. I am even surprised that my insurance company recommended such a horrible company. When we called their office we got their answering service (it was after 6pm) the answering service lady was so nice she called the owner on his cell phone to let him know an urgent call was coming his way. They called back in 3 minutes. A crew showed up an hour later and started to wet vacuum the water before they even brought up the paperwork. They explained their estimate and told me they would give me a written bill with pictures for my insurance company. They came every day to monitor the progress of the work and 4 days later it was all dry. They saved my carpet AND my Hardwood floors. They will need to be refinished but at least not the hassle of replacing them. The adjuster told me their paperwork was very detailed but he could not allow for 1 item on their bill (an air scrubber he called it). I figured i would have to pay out of pocket for it. When i called the owner he laughed and told me to not worry about it that he would remove the item from his bill. I would recommend highly. I hope i do not have to use them again (no more floods please).
