We had a bathroom leak that Servpro came to take care of. They cut all of our drywall and we had fans running 24/7 for a week. They did not call to follow up. We had to call them. They didn't come out for a few weeks to do their estimate for the repairs. When they came out 2 weeks ago to do this, they told me they would have our estimate for us by the end of that week. 2 weeks later and we have heard nothing. We call Servpro today and they tell us they do not have room for us on their schedule and we will need to go elsewhere. So, we've had one bathroom for a family of 4, along with half our kitchen blocked off for 2 months now. Only for them to tell us they can't continue the job?! Poor communication on their part and shame on them for ghosting their customers. read more

Quick response time. Came daily to check on equipment. But just pointed the air mover and dehumidifier at the water soak wall. Never opened it up. 3 days later removed the equipment. I think I got lucky, I had an appointment today & they were a no show. The only worse thing not hiring them would be to hire them.

We called on ServPro of North Oceansude when our water heater flooded out not only into the garage where it is located but also into the walls of a newly re-installed kitchen which ServPro of North Oceanside expertly installed just 6 months prior due to a water pipe leak in one of the kitchen walls. The initial kitchen R&R was expertly carried out under their guidance with design and color input from us. We worked with them as a unified team, with both Jeff and Paul leading the layout and process. Half of our kitchen had to be removed and replaced to take care of the water heater water damage. The removal and reinstallation was handled most efficiently and we have to give Kudos, especially to Paul, Brian, Keith, Sid, and Aaron. We have to also give a super big thank you to Brianna who works the "front lines" handling all calls coming in along with Michelle, who handles all of the logistics and paperwork/invoicing/communications with the insurance companies. I can't say enough good things about the Servpro team that helped me during a very stressful time. Due to a water leak from the dishwasher I needed help. Servpro came in and demoed the kitchen area with care and professionalism. That's not the best part. The best part is when they packed out all my furniture because we had to redo all the flooring in the downstairs, and the pack back in. Let me start at the beginning. The manager of the Oceanside Servpro whose name is Michelle was wonderful! Her team was the same because her kindness and friendliness and professionalism trickled down to all of her people. The beauty of all this kindness and professionalism is that they had already been paid for the job by AAA but I was still treated like a customer who would be paying them. I hope you understand the difference. Hopefully I won't forget anyone's name but I would like to single out some of these fellows who worked here like Francisco, Jesus, John, Steve, Pancho, Marcus, Ramon and Kevin. Daniel was great to work with! He walked me through everything, got all the floor and wall damage dried out, and did it all with minimal disruption to our house. Andrew was the Crew Chief who visited the house daily, and he kept in close contact with me throughout the process. Our customers are free to use any vendor they wish however SERVPRO is an approved vendor meaning State Farm has reviewed and is happy with their services. Daniel and team are always willing to head out and take a look at claim situations even without necessarily getting the job... (the customer can choose whomever they wish). They are prompt in response and thorough in the work they provide. While I can't recommend any one vendor I will say we have had many happy claims with Daniel and his team. I will tell you my whole situation was crappy and I'm still going though it. My house had a pipe break but I have had nothing but constant communication, phones being answered late and night and tonight Mario came out and really excelled at his job. Tonight he came to my house as another pipe was leaking and handled it with professionalism and leadership. ServPro of North Oceanside recently helped us with a broken pipe/drain issue that we were having with our upstairs bathroom. The pipe caused some flooding in our downstairs bathroom. Our insurance referred us to ServPro of North Oceanside. They were very responsive and efficient with getting their equipment set up to start drying out the water damage. We ended up needing another company to come in to remove some asbestos and ServPro coordinated with them to make it as seamless on us as possible. All in all I would call it a very good experience. The only constructive feedback that I can give is that it seemed like we had to reach out to ServPro to get status updates versus ServPro proactively calling us to let us know what was going on. I'll second the review from Michelle in 2012. I don't even know where to begin, there's been so many points of failure. Poor communication. Showing up unannounced. Not returning calls. Daniel, the owner, has no interest in seeing that his customers are happy or serviced properly. Poor workmanship, causing delays. What should have been an 8-day dryout and fix, has now entered into week 3. WEEK 3. Are you kidding me? My tenant was so frustrated with ServPro she said she would have rather lived with mold then deal with ServPro another day. These guys need schooling in professionalism. I don't know how they're still in business. As a property manager, and Realtor, I will be sure to never use ServPro Oceanside again for myself, or any of my clients. read more

Stay away from this company. I just got word from my insurance company that they charged us $2500 for 3 tarps on the roof. This happened back in January during the rains. The most we were quoted from other companies was $750...they took advantage of the situation and gouged us and our insurance company. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They were understaffed, never showed up on time (some days not at all), and dragged out what should have been a 3-4 day job into over five weeks! The guys on the crew were friendly and polite, but none had been with the company more than a month or two. I watched several quit when they found out they'd be paid better at McDonalds. I caught the managers in outright lies several times, and their bill was so outrageous that my insurance flat-out refused to pay. This started from a pipe leak last May, and things are still not fully resolved at the end of December! This outfit is as unreliable as can be, and you'd do better to look for volunteers in a parking lot somewhere than to get involved with them. Absolutely the worst company of any kind I've ever tried to do business with. I wouldn't wish these guys on my worst enemy. read more

We had three major leaks in the bathroom. We decided to call Daniel and his team to come and fix the leaks. They arrived in a timely manner. While they were working the area was clean and not like most contractors where stuff is everywhere. They got the job done faster then expected.
