The office is so disorganized that two weeks later I got a call stating that they refunded the entire balance to us when, in fact, they did not and only refunded what we were owed. Got more water on my face and running down my neck than I did in my mouth. Didn't fill like a thorough cleaning much less a deep cleaning. He said he could fix it if he could get the posts out. He used something that hammered like a mini jackhammer. After 3 hrs. of hammering, he finally got them out. He looked at his assistant and said, "it won't work." He walked out without saying a word to me. His assistant walked out without a word and came back with about a 5,000 dollar estimate for a four tooth bridge. I paid 300 dollars for the vibration, plus 90 dollars for the initial visit. I left and the next day a four tooth bridge in the top rear fell out because it was loosened by the vibrations. Now after several years of barely being able to eat one of the broken teeth from the vibrations is abscessed and I am searching for somewhere to get relief.
