The office is so disorganized that two weeks later I got a call stating that they refunded the entire balance to us when, in fact, they did not and only refunded what we were owed. He about gave him 12 shots of Lidocaine and decided that he could not get him numb enough to do the procedure. And ended up walking out the room given our money back and saying get out of here. I get that you may be having a bad day but taking it out on your patient is just bad practice. We ended up having to go to Emory John's Creek that day because of what he did after the numbing wore off. It was a very bad day and was unnecessary that we had to even go to the hospital. Because they could not even help us anyway. But they were able to at least get him numb enough so we could survive through the weekend to get dental treatment from another facility that was able to help him. I do not recommend this place at all. What he did was just not write an unethical and we will be seeing what our options are in to get this handled by a lawyer. He said he could fix it if he could get the posts out. He used something that hammered like a mini jackhammer. After 3 hrs. of hammering, he finally got them out. He looked at his assistant and said, "it won't work." He walked out without saying a word to me. His assistant walked out without a word and came back with about a 5,000 dollar estimate for a four tooth bridge. I paid 300 dollars for the vibration, plus 90 dollars for the initial visit. I left and the next day a four tooth bridge in the top rear fell out because it was loosened by the vibrations. Now after several years of barely being able to eat one of the broken teeth from the vibrations is abscessed and I am searching for somewhere to get relief.

However, the reason that I'm only giving this business a single star has nothing to do with their dental care, and everything to do with their business practices and their business office. In short, I had questions and concerns around some issues with billing. I tried -numerous times- to call and speak with the billing department and/or a manager. Over 6 times, at least. I would either get a recording where it instructed that I leave my name and number (which I did) for a callback, or I would speak with the receptionist who would inform me that the business office and/or a manager were unavailable but would get back to me. But they never did. Even though in later calls, I told the receptionist that my calls were not returned - and she promised they would be. I also gave them my email, on the small chance (not likely, many businesses have successfully called me) that the phone number was not working. I got my bills emailed to me, no issue - but no responses to my questions. It's unfortunate that I had this experience, as I said the dental staff were nice and fine. But I will not be returning, nor can I recommend the business to anyone due to the issues I had reaching them to discuss my bills (which were never resolved... in the end, I paid them, because I don't want a mark on my credit).
