We contacted Seth and his team to list our home in Poway. He immediately responded and met with us. He gave us his expert opinion on when, how and for how much to list our house. But he also listened to us about what we thought the house was worth so he made sure to highlight the special features our home had that most realtors miss and agreed to our list price. His team jumped on the listing, getting an outstanding photo session with awesome pics and descriptions in the sales brochure. We immediately had showings. Seth is an amazing agent and I'm not just saying that. We sold a condo and had to turn around and buy a new one in a very short timeframe in what was looking to be an impossible market (there was little to no inventory available in San Diego). Even talking to the loan agent while working on pre-approval he told us horror story after horror story about how people were not able to buy anything. Seth had a bunch of listings for us to look at even in an impossible market and was amazing about working around our schedules and tolerating a buyer where half of the buying party was on the East Coast.
