Been coming here for years whenever we are in the Appleton area. This is the real thing! (And I happen to roast my own coffee at home as a hobby for the last 10 years, so I know a little bit about it.) Fresh ground Intelligentsia coffee, made anyway you'd like. My wife always orders just "coffee"; but the daily coffee is always unique. The other day it happened to be a Guatemalan. Superb, for "just coffee"!! We really enjoy going here. Many ways to enjoy your coffee, great sandwiches, and a fun, home-like atmosphere. I do wish they had more bakery like other area coffee shops and a menu that made choices more clear (chips? sandwich topping choices? speciality drink choices?). Baristas often aren't friendly, seem too busy for you, and seem coffee snobbish. We do like this place and will be back, but improvements could be made. read more

While I've only been here once, i wanted to leave a review. it has a great feel. Plenty on the menus for a coffee house. Get a cold brew too. The ice cream was great on a hot day. If they have it, get the Mango Carrot, it's amazing. The staff was nice. Place was clean. Some outside seating on Main St, which is relaxed in Little Chute. I normally love going here- their coffee is delicious and I'm happy with it every time, the atmosphere is great and staff is friendly but it would probably be ideal to have more than 2 people working on a Saturday when there is a line out the door... 25 minutes is a bit too long to wait, even for a really good cup of coffee. read more

Great shop. Amazing amazing coffee. Killer food. Awesome overall experience. I was a bit disappointed to see they started selling wines and beers. I just feel like they could have kept it a great coffee experience. But nonetheless, I don't own it, and it probably makes them money. :) But for sure, go to this place. It's so nice to find real coffee and delicious scones in the Fox Cities. Visiting from the Best Coast in years past it was almost impossible to go out for coffee and not be terribly disappointed. The service here was excellent, the coffee variety was plentiful and the local baked goods excellent. We'll be back more frequently when we return to visit family. read more

I've only been here once, and I'm not generally a coffee drinker. I especially dislike most black coffee. Having been invited here by an old friend that I had not seen in some years, I decided to give coffee a try. I had a cup of black Colombian, and it was the best cup of coffee I've ever had, and the only cup of black coffee that I have ever enjoyed! I drove from an hour and half away just to come here, as I live in a bit of a coffee wasteland. They have fantastic coffee, excellent service and friendly staff. I definitely didn't expect to find such a high quality coffee shop in this small town. The fact that Seth insists on using the pour-over as his standard coffee brewing method, and that he sends his baristas to Intelligentisa for training shows that he is willing to the length to deliver a top quality product. Seth's is a relaxing tantalizing cafe with an unbeatable atmosphere. The coffee is some of the best I've ever had (best lattes in the fox valley) and very courteous servers. The natural lighting is terrific for relaxing at any time of day. It mixes new decor with old and everyone is very friendly. Get away from the hustle and bustle and step into small town fellowship. Paninis, cheesecake or scones! Not a bad choice in the place. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable seating and not on top of your neighbor either. Imagine dridnking coffee and chatting with a friend without hearing the conversation next to you in full detail. I love this coffee shop for a few reasons. They offer almond and soy milk which is rare. Their latte with almond milk is my favorite. Sometimes I come here and order a pot of tea because the way it is served cheers me up (in a cast iron tea pot)! I dig the overall vibe of Seth's. It's a pretty average coffee place. The coffee is very good, and some of the food items are good also, I enjoy the bagels. My last visit at about 8 am on a Monday, they had three people working who were not very capable to deal with the business. They were not able to take order in a timely way with one register, and I didn't like that I had to decide on a tip when I placed my order. I'd prefer to decide on the tip amount when I'm done with the experience. My wife ordered a quiche, which sounded good but was just a pop-in-the-toaster oven kind of thing. When we finally got our drinks and my food after a long wait, still no quiche. After a half hour and watching everyone else get food, I had to go ask, it was still sitting in the toaster oven, and when we finally got it, it was the wrong one--ham, and she ordered one with no meat. Of course, at that time, we had already paid and tipped, and it wasn't worth getting back in line or trying to get a replacement. So, average place at best. read more

Best coffee in the area, and now that they have beer it makes for a good end to the evening. The vibe is great - reminds me of the comfortable feel at the Rathskeller in Madison. Service was a little too focused on closing and forgot our scone - twice! Probably should give it 4 stars because of the distracted service, but the coffee is so damn good, the guys were so damn nice, and they have Mudpuppy Porter so they get the benefit of the doubt. Great cup of coffee. They use the pour over method so there is a little wait, but well worth it. Love the interior of the building and is spacious enough that when it is moderately busy, you still feel like you got your own corner. Am I downtown Los Angeles? No, I'm in Little Chute. This place brings the best coffee on earth, that I thought was only available in Chicago and LA, to Little Chute. Applause to Seth! Plus, Seth knows his ice cream. Loved the atmosphere and concept. My one loss of star is for a literal 1-scoop ice cream cone. Perhaps charge an extra quarter and make the scoop a little bigger? Out of all the coffee shops in the fox valley, this is my tried and true. The coffee is is amazing, the almond milk lattes are amazing, the atmosphere is amazing, and the bakery items are amazing. The only thing that gets me is how long it can take to get your drink, or sometimes service. This isn't a place I can stop on my way to work because it's probably going to take at least 15 minutes so I have to settle for Starbucks which stinks. There might be a reason it takes so long, I don't know!! If you want really frickin good coffee, stop here! read more

Took less then 7 minutes to get a Ham & Cheese Pani. It was quite delicious. I would have this over what they call a Pani at my school any day. They have nice ice cold water free for the taking. The cookies are gigantic, tasty, warm and gooey. Even if they heat them up in the microwave before serving them. They also have the super premium Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream which is amazing. read more
