The vanilla concha was insanely soft and had a nice subtle flavor without the baking soda bitterness you sometimes get. The coconut bun was my personal favorite. Same dough but with a sugar paste and coconut flake topping. One of my litmus tests is pan de feria and theirs didn't disappoint. Crazy soft with a nice, subtle sweetness. It's a hike from my house but you know I'll be back if I'm in the area. Definitely recommend if you're looking for sandwich rolls or any sweet pastries.
