Several hours later, I received a return call from someone who was frantic, asking me if I left a message, and when I said yes, they said Oh, thank god, we are changing out phone system and they weren't sure if I called and left a message or not. Which made no sense. Anyway, she asked for my number and assured me someone (the "president," Tricia) would call me right back and would be able to answer all my questions. I never received a call back. Several days later, when I called again, Tricia, the president, was very curt with me on the phone and said, I'm looking at a list of messages, and I don't see yours. I proceeded to explain the reason I was calling - floor repair - and she made an appointment with me to come to my home and give me an estimate for the repairs needed to my wood floors. Well, appointment day rolled around and no president. I even left a message in the morning for Tricia confirming our appointment with gate code instructions, and there was no return call and no Tricia. It's been almost a week; still no return call or president at my door.
