After the repair, the pavers began to separate almost immediately the company continuously. Blames the homeowner for the Pavers separating instead of taking accountability for their poor installation. They came out again last week. I'm attaching the videos below. On the same day, they supposedly repaired the driveways. The pavers were moving as you walk on them already had half an inch gaps in between them. This company is not using the cement barriers that they are supposed to use to install the pavers, they have horrible communication. I was told on Friday that somebody would be coming to my home to repair the poor installations. Nobody ever showed up, of course when I called today and spoke with Betty. She was incredibly rude and told me she was on lunch and can't deal with this at the moment she told me to call Lenar if I want an update. This has horrible craftsmanship, disrespectful office, representatives, and poor communication. Save yourself the trouble and money of hiring these people.

They contracted with us to install a tile backsplash in our kitchen. The work done looked like it…read morewas done by an amateur. We had picked out a large tile (6 x 24) usually used on floors and the wall was uneven which made this a difficult job. However, if they had provided a professional, experienced installer, he would have either leveled the wall or refused to install it if he could not do the job properly. Instead he just slapped up the tile and left. It was uneven and looked terrible. We had them come back to remove the tile. The owner said they would fix the wall so it would look good until we decided what to use instead of this tile. This time he pulled the tile off the wall and walk out leaving gaping holes in the drywall. I took pictures and sent them to the owner who promised to send out a crew to fix the wall the next day. I specifically asked him not to send the same guy. The next morning in walks the same guy with two other men to fix the wall. The two other guys did the actual work of repairing the wall while the installer stood around gabbing with them. We will never have anyone from that company back in our house and have lost 2 weeks and $1,000 in our project.

Great News Max was fired and Olaf the owner of SW Construction has taken back control of all…read moreprojection . Max had taken over 6 months to complete a remodel of a small condo I own. There was a few punch list items that needed to be completed and Olaf jump in and had them completed . HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND , he took care of some other issues that had nothing to do with the remodel in 2 days! I am selling the unit and new buyers love the new and improved unit. Please call Olaf he is trying to get his company's great reputation back!
