There were a few rust spots due to some coins or nuts that laid in the bottom for those two years. I did not want a newer more cheaply made tub so I chose to have those spots resurfaced by all surface restoration of southwest Florida. They did an awesome job. It took them an hour and a half maybe two hours, then I had to not use the tub for a couple of days, and it was like new! Nice job, ASR! Awesome owners, as well!

He asked us to prep the door which we did. All he had to do was his job and stain it. Je was given as much time as needed but after weeks When reached via phone and text he kept giving excuses and then finally we received no response at all. Extremely disappointed and can't understand how someone would ruin whatever little bit of a reputation they have left by not completing or at very minimum doing a competent job that they were paid in full for. This was a significant painting project with a need for exacting high standards required. I am extremely happy to announce that out of all of the sub-contractors that we used on this large project, the Wood Doctor, Inc. was the most professional, qualified, pleasant and willing to go that "extra-mile" to satisfy their client. Their work was exceptional and above my expectations. They offer a three year guarantee on all of their work and are very happy to return and repair any "nicks and scratches" that occur during the move-in period. They also did some custom stain work for me on a custom piece of furniture that arrived stained the WRONG colour. After they worked their "magic", they turned a lemon into lemon aid by getting the new stain to be perfect to the original colour selected. I would give them the highest of recommendation for ANY project that you are planning, large or small, for your MOST IMPORTANT project in your home. My friends and family were skeptical for the price quoted, but I took a gamble on a local mom and pop business and it paid off! I can't believe the transformation. What was tired and outdated is now fresh and sleek. The service tech worked all day to update two vanities and a kitchen sink, the kitchen countertops and backsplash, a bathtub and tile surround, and a shower stall. Everything is bright glossy white which makes an already large condo look even bigger. Initially, I requested a repair and resurfacing of my kitchen sink. I texted images and spoke with…read morethe staff. An estimate was offered and accepted. Six hundred dollars. Not worth the money. The work was not as expected. The requested repairs are not well done, and some not done at all (repair rusted areas with a composite and finish with the rest of the sink). The finish of the sink is now mostly "orange peel" with some smooth areas. I complained and texted photos. The staff agreed that the work was sub-par and scheduled a redo. The same tech came to the job and did not refinish the sink, instead used some wet/dry sand paper and some auto wax. no additional repairs, no refinishing. When it became clear that the tech was not going to properly refinish the work, I sent him away. In this experience, the work was not as stated and the follow up was poor.
