The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I got the 60 minute body work massage, it was great, and the overall experience was really good. Carolyn was my lash tech today and she's an exceptional employee. Very patient, kind, competent, and explains everything so that she's on the same page with her clients. It was my first time there and my overall experience was good. I had a few lashes from a previous place that needed to be removed and it was removed painlessly with tweezers. I requested the classic/natural style lashes - full set. Carolyn delivered. Tip was well deserved & given. Service for removal and installation took 2 hours. If I'm back in town, and need lashes, I'd love to see Carolyn again!
