It's my first time and didn't realize how unruly my nonexistent Asian eyebrows were. I asked for a very natural look and am super happy with what I got. I believe the price is just 29$ for the waxing and the henna tint which should last 1-2 weeks if you let them set for 24 hours without water and take care like you do your lashes! I scheduled an appointment today at 3:30pm and I arrived at 3:20pm, andrea was busy so another lady helped me to do my lashes. During my lash appointment, she pinched my eyelids with the tweezers twice and plucked out 2 of my lashes and it hurted... then Towards the end of the appointment, my lashes were stuck on the eyelash pad because the glue was stuck on it and the girl spent like 10 mins tugging at my lashes until we finally got it separated. Then when I opened my eyes, my eyelid was itchy and while I was checking my lashes and brushing through it, about 5 volume lashes already came off while I was at the salon. Then Andrea comes and goes "let me see" she just glances at it and rolls her eyes at me and raises her voice (semi screaming) saying "she's a professional, she knows what she's doing" doesn't even have the decency to sit down and actually look through my lashes and goes back to her client. At first I wasn't even going to write a bad review at all even though her worker didn't do the greatest job but I had to because Andreas attitude towards her client (me) was not professional. I didn't even entertain her or say anything back, I paid the $80 for the review and even tipped $10 (even though I did not want to tip at all because I had a terrible service) read more

My daughter came to get her lashes done about 3 weeks ago with Rossy. While she did do a good job there was a language barrier since my daughter does not speak Spanish so it was very difficult for her to explain things. She went back today for a refill and waited an hour even though she got there early. The tech rushed the job and left her drying for over a half hour to attend to another customer. As an owner of a business it's important that the customers can communicate with the techs in order for everyone to be happy. If your customer doesn't speak Spanish then you should translate so that your customer leaves satisfied! read more

I really appreciate Andrea for booking me in last minute and filling out my lashes that was done by another tech. She's a sweet lady who has many years in experience and loved how my lashes turned out. However the reason why I'm giving 3stars is because the lashes were falling off 24/7. Normally I dont post reviews however I was led astray by the raving reviews for this salon and took a chance on it to get a lash lift done. I cannot comment on lash extension service done here however I would not suggest a lash lift from this salon. I have previously had a lash lift done before and the result here was far from normal. A lash lift should not fully loop into your eyelid, causing irritation and be frizzy. The result made my lashes appear shorter and were so tangled that i could not differentiate the lashes from each other. I expressed this dissatisfaction to Andrea who proceeded to tell me its because my lashes were too short and this is how it should look. I was hoping for a solution to help reverse the process but was met with blame and told to simply put water on them. I contacted other salons who offered consults to potentially reverse this and they were so scared to touch my lashes worried they would potentially break off because they were so brittle. Luckily I found someone in the city to reverse it and suggested I do not get a lash lift until my lashes have healed in a month or two. read more
