Honestly, I'm obsessed with my eyebrows. It has been a little over a month since getting my touch-up and I feel good waking up knowing that I don't have to draw them in anymore. I had uneven eyebrows, where one side was higher than the other, so you can only imagine the headaches I would encounter while drawing them in. I had never considered any kind of eyebrow tattoos until a close friend highly recommended Linda to me. Linda was incredibly responsive and informative prior to our meeting, during the sessions, and often checked up with me afterwards. She is very attentive and takes great pride in what she does. Knowing that my eyebrows were uneven, she took great care in mapping out my eyebrows to get an even look. She kept me informed throughout the process, even though I did fall asleep through most of it. She applied numbing cream, so there wasn't much pain -- for me at least. The overall process took about 4-5 hours since my eyebrows were a pain to map, but the touch-up session was much shorter and it was all worth it! I was a little surprised to see how dark the pigmentation was each time we were finished, but Linda reassured me they would definitely get lighter and look more natural as they healed. She also gave me tips and provided me with Vaseline (allergic to various ointments) for after care. After some scabbing and tempting moments to peel off the scabs, the results were amazing. It was much lighter and looked so natural that most of my friends and coworkers did not know I had even got the powder ombré eyebrow tattoo done. With that said, I now take countless and shameless amounts of photos of myself since I don't have to waste a ridiculous amount of time filling in my eyebrows anymore. If you're interested, Linda is definitely someone you can trust your eyebrows with. She's so kind, entertaining, and very passionate in what she does. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I naturally had brows but they were sparsely filled, so if I ever wanted the full look, I would have to fill them in myself. And if you are like me, it takes me FOREVER just to make my brows look like sisters. I was never able to make them look like twins, cause if I tried, I would never be able to leave my house. I pondered with the thought of getting my brows done, and I was looked into getting them micro-bladed since I had brows already, but from the the feedback I was getting about microblading, I was weaning off of it and was recommended to ombre brows. This is where Linda came into the picture. When I went to see Linda, naturally, I was petrified. This was a tattoo on my face, so if something went wrong or I moved while she was working, it would be permanently on my face. But Linda calmed me down and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. She would always inform me of each step she was going to apply before she did them. Which really helped me to relax. She drew on my brows before she actually went through and tattooed it. During this process, I made some points into what I wanted and really worked with Linda to see what was the right fit for me. After we both came into the agreement, it was time for the tattooing... I was getting nervous again because I wasn't sure how the pain would be, but Linda reassured me that she would numb me before, and if I needed more during, she could add more. Needless to say I didn't need the extra. I was totally fine with the whole tattooing. I even fell asleep! When I woke up and saw my brows, I was so amazed. I was literally able to say I woke up like this (with brows) HAHA! And I loved it! I went for my touch up a few months after my initial appointment and again, Linda was just absolutely amazing. I wasn't nervous as the first initial appointment with her, but she was still very informative with the whole process and really made me feel relaxed. For the past year, I have searched Ombre Brow Tattoo artists throughout NY and CT and decided to go with Linda. Once I explained to her that I was a nurse and worked overnight she made sure to fit me into the earliest slot on her schedule so I could easily stop by right after my shift and go home. The entire process took approximately 3 hours and I have absolutely no regrets. First off, I hate needles and pain so I came in extremely nervous but Linda was very GENTLE and kind, the whole process was actually quite manageable! My best feature were my eyebrows. I was born with a natural arch and the right amount of thickness. I never had to pluck them till much later in life And just a few wild strands.
