After getting 2 different locksmiths out to help with car key fob, it was Immediately clear neither knew what they were doing, One of them neglected to even bring the part, both services left perplexed, and anxious to leave. We were left solutionless, and couple hundred $ (each!) poorer. We needed the car moved by 8am next morning and we had spent the entire week already with no solution. Enter George at Sevan to save the day! I explained the issue, he understood perfectly what was was needed to solve problem, and agreed to come out same day! Communication was excellent, he was an angel for agreeing to come out short notice, prices extremely reasonable, and bonus -- George was an absolute pleasure to do biz with. I was in need of a Replacement Keyless Entry Remote FOB for a 2008 Nissan Armada. i called multiple locksmiths in the area all of whom advertised the service but said they could not program a Fob for my particular vehicle, that no one could except the dealership. I needed a new keyless fob for a used 2015 Mazda I'd just bought that only came with one. I ordered a blank one from Mazda, but I'd already been warned to stay away from dealers and their overcharging. I called Sevan and they gave me a window of 30 minutes to make the drive (about 20 miles or so). George arrived right on time, knew exactly what he was doing, was polite and funny and incredibly efficient. He double- and triple-checked to make sure the new fob worked, was upfront about the price (I estimate it was half of what a dealer would have charged), and it was about the most pleasant experience I could hope for with a locksmith (usually it's not a calm time anyway). This is the 2nd time I received a friendly service from George. Once again, saved the day! I got home after a long stressful day at work to find out that I had left my keys at work. I called several locksmiths to request quotes, yet Sevan Locks gave me the best quote and did not hesitate to assist me right away. Traffic was bad that day-more than usual, but George didn't take that long to arrive and kept me posted about his ETA. Yesterday, my key fob wouldn't work to open my 2008 Lexus. When my wife's fob also didn't work, we assumed it was a problem with the receiver inside the car, and that a long and expensive trip to Lexus in Bellevue was in the cards. But when we got up this morning, a Sevan van was parked across the street, with printing on the side that said they fixed fobs. I called their number and they said they were booked today, but when I explained their van was across the street, the man I was on the phone with walked up my neighbor's driveway and across the street, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 15 minutes. I am a new transplant to Seattle, so locking my keys in the car was the last thing I wanted to do. Fortunately, I was able to contact Joe at EB lock (at 7am), who arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call. He was able to unlock my door within a matter of minutes, and get me on the road so I could go to work. The prices were fair, especially being able to call him so early in the morning, and his quick arrival time. Joe also made sure to remind me that I should contact my insurance company and submit the bill to them for a reimbursement. We have a very limited clearance between the garage door and ceiling. We wanted an electric garage door opener, all the "experts" said it couldn't be done. Don't be tempted by other locksmiths. Sevan cares about what they do and will make sure its done right. They came to my business and made sure that all of my entrances were secure and functioning properly. Even though it was a product I purchased elsewhere which they hadn't installed before, they were able to put it in quickly, inexpensively and successfully. We now have modernized security that's fully functional. Additionally, they cleaned the job site entirely upon completing which I was very appreciative of even though I told them I would clean up. These guys really are "as good as it gets"! We recently had our home locks changed to a newer system. George provided us a number of options and estimates that could best fit our needs. We went with a keyless entry system (Yale Real Living) that allows us to just punch in a code or use our smart phone. The best part is that I can give each of our kids a code and know when they're home from school! Makes parenting a little bit easier. Absolutely excellent service! I lost the keys to my dump truck that was blocking my driveway and my car within it. I called on Saturday at 1pm and he was at my place by 1:30. He tried keys in the ignition and door locks until he found the right ones and made me copies. I didn't even know this service existed, and the price is beyond reasonable. We were able to install the locks we wanted which look great. Price was a lot but apparently that is the going rate for fobs so at least the service did not make me regret it.
