Seven Minutes is one of the best gyms I've been in Nashville! I love the 7 minutes, 7 stations format and the nice blend of HIIT and Strength training with lots of different machines. The screens show the workout so it's nice to follow along. As someone who isn't the most experienced in fitness, I felt comfortable and there is usually a coach who will help with adjusting weights or providing modifications when needed. It's also nice that you are doing the workouts "with other people", but you have your own lane to do your own thing. I also love that they have an infrared sauna and two lanes for open gym. Talk about flexibility for our busy schedules! There's a class every 7 minutes for pretty much an entire day (even in the middle of the day), so this allows me to come whenever I have time and I will never miss a class here. Ashley, who is the owner, is the absolutely best! She made my friend and I feel so welcomed all week. We love to see a woman-owned gym and she's just an amazing person! During the week, I also got to know Keith and Myles, and they were awesome, encouraging, and really helpful. Highly recommend everyone to try this gym. Whew! What a workout. Seven Minutes in East Nashville is a HIIT paradise - with guided workouts and an open gym area for folks at any level of their fitness journey. My husband and I booked our first class through ClassPass, which is a great way to check out different local gyms and see what you like! We found some street parking right outside the entrance, and were greeted warmly by Drew. He checked us in and explained the process, and let us know that he would be making rounds while we were working out if we had any questions. The gym itself is clean, and the equipment all appears to be new (if it's not, it's very well-maintained!) You start your workout at the treadmill station and work your way across the room in seven minute intervals. Sounds easy enough ... but it's quite a challenge to make it all the way to the end! I really liked the different stations along with the helpful screens demonstration how to do each exercise, and when it's time to switch. It's also a very customizable workout - there are plenty of different weights available at each station, along with the chance to make modifications. I also love that Seven Minutes is women-owned ... and dog-friendly too? How cool is that! I can definitely see us returning for another workout soon. read more

I'm going on my 3rd full week at this gym and I hate this place because the workouts are challenging, which causes me to get too sweaty and the coaches here are attentive to me...they're always asking me questions. My old gym, the workouts were easy and I was left alone...and that's why I never improved. Joking aside, I've lost nearly 4 lbs in the short time (3 weeks) I've been a member here. Each 49 minute visit (7 minutes x 7 stations) I burn between 500-600 calories. What makes this place great are the people (coaches). I told the coaches about my hand/wrist injury that prevents me from performing certain exercises and they work with me and are able to cater an alternative method to do the exercise. The coaches are awesome and very attentive. The best thing is that it's included in the membership, it doesn't cost you anything extra for coaching advice. This place is so much better than a traditional gym. So if you're looking for a gym that provides you a great workout and has an awesome staff, give this place a try! You won't regret it! read more

Get yourself into this gym! Day 1 I felt mentally great, that hiit high is legit. Day 7 my pants were fitting better! (Bc when you get that hiit high, the 3pm snack urges disappear...) so it's a double win. Day 14: I had some new people I knew at the gym and was motivated to keep going :) Day 30: I have a new favorite spot, and a place to set down the worries of the world and sweat. You will never be bored, you can absolutely do it, and it's legit an incredible workout. Plus you can start at anytime of the day: it's so convenient, all those "I can't make that exact class time" excuses vanish into thin air. The coaches are so helpful but not in a way that is annoying, and I'm super happy to have this routine in life, but especially during the holidays. 5 stars, but if I could give them 7 I would! read more

I absolutely love Seven Minutes, can't get enough. The first class I took, I left out of there thinking "that whooped me, I'm glad it's over". Little did I know id be back every week for more. I love the fact that we use the rower, treadmill, airdyne bike, and ski erg every class. Not to mention, all the equipment is top of the line- Rogue. I wear a Whoop religiously, and no matter what exercise I do (lifting/barre/hot yoga), I get the highest strain score from Seven Minutes. It's a fun, high energy workout with good music.
