I bring my boots into the redwing store expecting the manufacture error to be resolved on the spot but the guy standing in for Pete didn't know how to operate the machine. They also tell me no and good luck and hopefully it's on the shelves when she gets here. For customer service it doesn't seem like these people like servicing their customers.
