Both Ms. Tammie and Ms. Lindsey go out of their way to ensure the children have fun while learning during their time at the center. They also bring in extra activities the children can engage in to nurture their creativity. I am constantly in awe of their patience as I have never seen them get flustered even with dealing with the rush of morning drop off, afternoon pick up and many children engaged in different activities. I have also witnessed them step in, when a staff member is out, to pick up the slack and make breakfast or snack for the children. They always ensure the children do not have any disruptions to their daily routines. Both Ms. Lindsey and Ms. Tammie have organized seasonal events for the children and parents that they attend outside of work hours and it is another opportunity for us (parents) to engage with them. But I must say that since there has been a change of Management things are improving quickly. I am happy to have my children there and will be staying. When her teeth were broken on the property I was not informed by the school and learned of her injury on my own after picking her up. At some point my daughter was not being fully monitored despite the school telling me the teacher was watching her and that she never showed any signs of distress. A one year old would have a reaction to having her two front teeth broken so to hear otherwise from the people I trusted to care for her is disheartening. After trying to communicate with the school they are refusing to take any accountability for their actions and even lied upon further investigation to avoid any repercussions. I don't think my child was hurt purposefully but there was clearly negligence that needs to be addressed if they will be caring for children of all ages.
