My family has been taking their deer here for processing for many years and they make the best tasting venison hot dogs and jerky, amongst many other things. Their business is meat processing but they also have a nice little storefront that is fully stocked with a great variety of meats and cheeses. This past summer, I purchased all of the beef burgers and hot dogs that I needed for a big birthday party I was having and it was super reasonable and everything tasted great. I will never buy hot dogs, burgers, or steaks from the grocery store again. I like to go to Falconer's and stock up on everything I'll need to feed my family for a while. It's great to have a large chest freezer and fill it up with good stuff from here! The last time I was there, I ended up buying myself some beef jerky treats and they did not last in my house. Angela went over the cut sheet with me and we set a date for delivery. Her prices were cheaper than other local farms for grass fed beef. And if we had more space, we'd have ordered pork too! Angela was able to have our order delivered to a 1/2way point where we had another appointment happening. Everything is labeled and vacuum sealed!
