They make it easy going to the dentist which I know most people don't enjoy. Jessica, front office, stays on top of appointments, information and billing. I like the fact that you'll not only get email reminders , but texts as well. Which if you have a busy schedule, it's nice to get those reminders. The office has state of the art equipment and a really soothing decor. It feels as if you're walking into a spa instead of a dentist office. We have had multiple problems with her not putting in correct payment information....we had a snafu with our dental ins and for some reason after five years of coverage, I wasn't covered anymore without my knowledge. The receptionist who does all of the billing and coding failed to mention for a whole year that I wasn't covered anymore, that our ins wasn't going through. She let us schedule 4 appointments for cleanings, 2 other appointments for X-rays and fillings without once mentioning that we had no insurance even though I handed her my insurance card and she ran it every time. Finally at the very end of the year, we get one huge bill for everything! Of course we were pissed! We went in and had words, but paid the bill in full. Then a few months later I get another invoice in the mail stating that it wasn't paid b/c she forgot to enter it into her computer! Seriously!!? I wrote the dentist a letter since he was not available to chat when I was in office and told him everything. I sure do hope he fired her and rectified the problem, but I have never been back.

I was scheduled once and was told to take the antibiotic before my appointment. They called to cancel it right before my appointment. Rescheduled a second time called to cancel about an hour before my appointment, then told me they would put me on a waitlist since the next appointment was months. I definitely understand understaffed however this was completely unprofessional. If you don't have enough employees, stop taking new patients! I ended up coming to a new dentist, they did a full exam new X-rays and stated not seeing any infection or need for a deep cleaning, concerns of why a antibiotic was prescribed. Just seems rushed understaffed and no communication skills.

No temp or waiting a week or two. It fit so perfectly that ZERO adjustments had to be made! Initially a few tears ago, I went to Mathew for a second opinion and he saved me from bad dental advice which I found impressive. This guy cares. And I didn't tell him why I was there initially. I let him see then I told him what I was advised. He already knew the issue and had already given my the advice I needed. He confirmed the reason I needed a second opinion. And once he explained what I knew to be right. He proved to me he didn't just pull teeth or advise items for quick money. And he cared how my teeth looked. He wasn't trying to move me like a profit item. And I have not had any issues getting fast service. If an opening happens. I am contacted immediately which has been a very welcomed experience. In the past, at other dentists, I was almost always given multiple shots to numb stuff. Because I felt it still as they drilled. And I was in massive pain. Matthew Lee knows the exact spots to inject. And The last work done on me only took one shot. Very carefully done and with only the slightest discomfort. Although discomfort can't be helped many times. I can say that he is the best dentist I have had and he does not fill up a tray of vials of chemicals because I can still feel stuff. He puts that one or two shots exactly where it needs to be. And trust me. That matters. I no longer get ten shots for a filling like I did before going to Matthew. I used to dread dental work. And I changed Dentist from moving and I had never found a good one that was this good till him. And Clean. Everything is very clean. That's huge. Mostly. I must say this man and this dentistry deserve praise. I have no complaints and know they value me. And I am treated as such. I have even had this dentists help for a transplant I needed. And places I went for my needed work were also good. And this dentist is always taking in information and will adjust if a person isn't getting the care outside at other facilities. That's real involvement. I have experienced good thing here. And I must say that his assistants are educated. They can point out stuff after a tooth cleaning that needs attention. This is important because they are also part of your care. And I have never been hurt having my teeth cleaned. Again. This has been appreciated. And fast. Matthew Lee is so skilled that he does really good work and doesn't drag it out. He knows a freshly drilled area needs to be cleaned and sealed. And he doesn't seem to miss a beat. Like I have said. I have been in many Dentist in several states including Colorado. I feel very comfortable going here for work on my teeth. And if I am recommended a rot canal I know its needed. And I never had one. Everything was carefully explained and performed as promised. Both Dr. Auble and his chairside team explained in detail what they were going to do before they did it and made sure I understood and was comfortable. They continued this through my whole procedure. I even got a call from Dr. Auble later in the evening to make sure I was doing well and had no issues or complications. Can't get any better than that!!!

(The other staff is wonderful, too, I just haven't interacted with them as much.) I had to get crowns throughout my entire mouth (long story), and they nailed it!!! They were so sensitive to my anxiety issues, and Dr. Nicole's technique in giving shots (for numbing) is unrivaled! They even re-did a few teeth that I wanted to look a little different. They were completely understanding and accommodating about my request to have these re-done, even though they had to take out a few permanent crowns they had already put in!! Since they have STATE OF THE ART equipment, they were able to remove these easily. Honestly, it was amazing! Seriously, if you're looking for a dentist, go here. (Oh and they were SO helpful with the financial stuff! They offered unique payment plans in addition to the regular care credit plans you see other places. They are wonderful!!!)
