The table seating was incorrect, therefore meals were brought to the wrong tables and people were passing plates around..A lot of people did not receive the correct meal they ordered. Tyanna, the coordinator changed the order of the timeline. The updated timeline was sent to her the week of the wedding and a hard copy was given to Tyanna prior to the rehearsal. She decided to follow a timeline she prepared, as a result the photographers and videographer left according to their contracted time and were not there to take pictures of the bouquet toss and cake cutting. The wedding cake was to serve 200 people. Planning it to a T servers only sliced the first layer of a 3 tier cake and left them on a table in the back of the reception room. At the end of the reception, the servers boxed up the remaining 2 tiers and ga e to the bride's parents to take home.. RIDICULOUS! the majority of the guest did not get any wedding cake. Wedding: During the wedding, a lighted monogram from a different couple's wedding was prominently displayed during the ceremony and was captured in all the pictures and videos. Tyanna as the coordinator should have checked this before the ceremony and also should have made sure it was turned off immediately. Of course, the bride is very upset that her ceremony was ruined by the display acknowledging a totally different bride and groom. Reception seating chart was not prominently displayed for guests to locate their seats and many just set where there was an empty seat. The planning, coordinating and catering for this wedding of 200 guests was very poor. I do not recommend Planning it to a T and Tyanna .

From the moment I arrived, the manor itself felt like a deep exhale. It's beautiful, peaceful, and so thoughtfully kept -- the kind of place where you can actually rest. The service was exceptional. Attentive without ever being hovering. Every staff member was warm, present, and made me feel genuinely cared for the entire time. You can tell they love what they do. The breakfasts every morning were amazing -- fresh, delicious, and made with care. And I really looked forward to the evening hors d'oeuvres with wine each day. It was such a lovely ritual to wind down, enjoy a glass, and just be. I had a facial that was incredible. Truly one of the best I've ever had -- my skin is still glowing. I also had a massage that was alright. It was relaxing and professional, just didn't wow me the way the facial did, but I still left feeling relaxed. The unexpected gift were the people (guests). What I didn't expect was the community. The other guests (Haili, Drake, Karen, Gary, Olivia, Miguel and his wife/girlfriend and Jordan and her mom) were absolutely wonderful. I came for quiet rest, and a reset but meeting and connecting with such kind, interesting people was so welcome. We shared meals, wine, recommendations, stories, "adventure" and laughter.
