Ok, fair enough would have been nice to be told that from the first call and spared me the multiple calls and back and forth. I call to set up our own install and they say they're pretty busy and I'm ok with waiting and I pay in full over $650. The day comes for the install. No one shows up. I called and they were like oh we got pushed back to tomorrow morning. I'm sorry what?! Not even a call to let me know and they had the sorriest excuse for an apology I've ever heard. They are cocky, arrogant. unprofessional, deceptive and even went as far as to tell me I'd regret my decision. Uhm. Needless to say I WILL NEVER give them my business and will let everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Being busy is NOT an excuse to be rude and not do basic follow up. F- grade for these clowns.

I thought they were decor for the store until I commented on how they were thriving and that I needed help with my black thumb. That's when she told me all of the plants were for sale. The sales associate was very welcoming and kind. I was window shopping and the alluring smells led me to purchase some wax melts since I was visiting with only a carryon bag. I had no space for all of the candle jars that I wanted to buy. My favorite scent is the Seaside Plumeria. In terms of value, scented candles are a luxury. I find these are slightly more expensive than Bed Bath and Beyond candles that I usually stock up on durin sale. Approximately $30 for a single wick candle could be deemed expensive, when you could get a triple wick candle for the same price. Would I purchase again? Definitely! My home doesn't smell like millions of other homes. Go treat yourself to something divine. You deserve it. It's self care.

There were many trees to choose from ranging from about $40 - $90. They do provide a saw and will put net around the tree for $3. The tree that we picked out was about $80 and taller than me! They said it was maybe 7 years old. They put it in a shaker machine to supposedly get any bugs or loose needles off. They have a range of tree stands for sale too. We grabbed a sturdy one that was about $40 or $50. Nice people - family run business and there really is only one other (remotely near) place up north of Fernandina that has a pick your own tree farm.
