    Exhibit A: jammed and broken key...

    Their key machines don't work. I have not only a jammed key stuck in my front door, but it's also broken off. And the day previously it took 15 mins just for someone to pick up the phone. Home Depot is a million times better than this place, save yourself time and money and don't go here, go to Home Depot...

    The store itself is fine, but don't ever have anything delivered. I wish today was the first time I've had an issue with these people, but unfortunately it is not. We were given a delivery window of 10am to noon. At 1215 I called the delivery number because we had yet to see a truck and had not received a phone call stating that anything had changed. I was informed that THE TRUCK DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE STORE UNTIL 1130!!! Come on, Lowe's. People are forced to plan their day around the delivery schedule that YOU promise. If something changes, you owe it to your customers to call them and inform them of the change. Now we are forced to cancel what we had planned for this afternoon (in addition to the plans we ALREADY cancelled to accommodate the delivery) because NOBODY at your store thought it was important enough to call some customers. And let's be honest here. Someone purchasing something that requires delivery ha already spent a good deal of money. Probably not the customer you want to alienate. I know, I know. It isn't REALLY your fault. As it was explained to me, you have a 3rd party that schedules your deliveries for you. But for anyone with any sense of logic that may read this: in what world does it make sense to insert someone that does not work for Lowe's between a sale at a Lowe's store and a delivery carried out by Lowe's employees in a Lowe's truck? Am I the only one that feels this might lead to a disconnect between the store and its customers? We shouldn't have even had to wait until today. You have signage ALL OVER you Appliance Department that states "Free Next Day Delivery". We made our purchase on Friday morning just after the store opened and were told that there were no deliveries available the next day and that we would have to wait until Sunday to replace our broken oven (which was a Lowe's purchase). Fix your delivery service. The Middleburg or Old St. Augustine Rd stores may not do it any better, but I won't give your store the ability to screw things up again. Update: Nobody from the store ever bothered to reach out to even apologize. Now here we are a few weeks later with another customer service fumble. Never again, Lowe's of Orange Park. Never again.

    Is it me or does anyone else get happy when they smell fresh cut lumber? Well I will admit that I am that guy who will walk around a hardware store for hours and only buy a box of bolts. My wife hates it when we have to go get anything from Lowes because I become a kid on Christmas Day. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Every associate I encountered was knowledgeable in their particular area which was great. I never had to purchase a brand new washer/dryer set in my life but Gary help me narrow my choices down to chose the right one. I also ended up buying a lawn mower and a patio furniture set. I also received great service in these departments as well. The store service was excellent and delivery went smooth as well. The morning of delivery there was a minor hiccup but Dana squared it away for us without us having to return to the store. With all questions, changes and "oh wait I want theses also", we never seem like we were a burden. This made a great shopping adventure in my book.

    Awesome customer service. Awesome Big Green Bissell, they rent these for carpet cleaning, I use this for rug cleaning, it rocks!

There's plenty of convenient parking with easy access. l paid with a debit card and didn't provide any information even though I was asked for my phone number. A few hours later when checking my emails I've got multiple ones in my SPAM folder from Harbor Freight and others totaling 35 emails. I blocked and reported them all with one click. Caveat Emptor - This is my first and last visit to HF. I regret not paying in cash.

    I was seeking to repaint my front door which looked absolutely terrible with the original color and…read moretherefore went to the Sherwin Williams store who provided zero assistance and only told me what they couldn't do. Thinking I was now stuck at finding a perfect match in color I decided to check out Home Depot. Fast forward to yesterday....the young lady working behind the counter was absolutely amazing. She looked at the pictures of the door as it was and the color samples I liked. She immediately researched them both and showed me the swatch sample she had. Next she told me that I would really need to apply a mold killer as it looked like mold on my door and sanding it prior to doing that would risk inhaling it. She literally, walked me around the department to ensure I had everything I needed....mold killer, sanders, rollers, even a mold and mildew preventing primer. Now it came down to choosing the paint. She went and researched which product would be best for a metal door. Once all that was done it came time to choose the color....I was so nervous because I really wanted a perfect match (I have shutters that are the same color as the door and they compliment the rest of the house perfectly). I went with her recommendation. Got home and was so absolutely impressed with her selection...it was a perfect match. My only regret was that I didn't get her name. She definitely went above and beyond in her professionalism and care by walking me through this project. The door looks absolutely amazing and I can never thank her enough. I will definitely go back to the store to see if I can find her again for my next painting project.

    Ordered appliances (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 3 stoves) March 5th. They were supposed to…read morebe delivered today 24 June. They ended selling two of the stoves and were going to offer us upgraded stoves but they wouldn't get them until 24 July. Customer Service (Ron) is who we were talking to. We told him to cancel the two stoves and still deliver everything else. He said even if we cancel those items the delivery was still going to be 24 July. Customer service was very rude on the phone. He said no one could get us appliances earlier than a month. We requested to talk to his supervisor. His supervisor was very friendly and gladly cancelled out it. We went two blocks down the street and ordered the same items, with the upgrades, and they will be delivered Monday. Saved over $1000 too.
