(1) the vacuum are so weak and nolonger do a great job. 2) one of the matt cleaner does not operate at all for the last 1.5 years. I have spoken to 4 different managers over the time about repairing as all managers make excuses as to why its not operating. I have been unplugging this thing for 1.5 years and apparently they keep plugging it up without fixing the issue. I have also personally placed a big sign on this mat cleaner as of course it does not phase them. This location is trash and no one cares.
