Later, I was told the order had already arrived, which made the whole situation even more confusing. The communication was inconsistent, the promised timeline was not honored, and the overall experience felt very unprofessional. They wasted my valuable time, and I trusted their guarantee, but they did not follow through. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
