My first thought as I pulled up and saw how busy it was, was oh boy I wonder how long this is going to take. We walked up and were immediately greeted by one of the the mechanics. I told him why we were there and he sent the boss right out. The boss stopped what he was working on and inspected both cars in less than 15 minutes. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating even though they get paid next to nothing for the inspections. I will go back for service anytime and highly recommend to anyone. A couple weeks later I needed some brake work done, oil change and tire rotation and there was a noise when I would accelerate. I made an appointment to drop it off at 9 am and at 1245 they called to let me know it was done. They replaced all rotors and pads, adjusted the parking brake, oil change and tire rotation and replaced the serpentine belt since it had cracks in it. Called a bunch of dealerships, they would install the Throttle Body but not do the Learn procedure, the dealership wouldn't install the Throttle Body, but would do the learn procedure, very frustrating! But Coachman Automotive did *both* install the Throttle Body and did the Learn Procedure! Highly recommended! Most other mechanics never even bothered to call me back! This is my new go-to Mechanic shop; knowledgable, courteous, and fast!
