She hand stitched some beautiful appliqué and sequins onto my illusion top, added buttons to the back, and completely fixed the super tight, scratchy hem that was turning my shoulders bright pink. The fakest custom tailor of all time…read more These guys take your measurements then send them to china. What you get back is a suit cut like a burlap sack and WAY off on every measurement. They then start to hack away at that to try and make it fit you. The single worst suit purchase I've ever made and it was unfortunately for my wedding day. Suit is awful quality material and threads constantly coming out of it. The local laundromat commented that no matter what they do it just bleeds threads and seems to be very cheap fabric. Basically you will spend thousands for the equivalent of a poor fitting indochino suit.

Theresa said it would be ready in five days or less and that she would call me when it was done. I didn't get a call and three weeks later stopped in to pick up the valance thinking somehow I missed her call. The valance wasn't ready, but I could see it on her table that she was working on it. Theresa said it would be ready soon and that she would call me. She never did. I called her again after another three weeks, and it still was not ready. She told me to come in in another two days. After a total of 45 days I was finally able to pick up my valence. By then I learned that she had overcharged me for this simple job. I had paid her $50. When I picked up the valence, I asked for a partial refund, either by credit or cash, for both waiting so long and told her that I knew she had overcharged me. She would not do it but said she would give me a discount the next time I come in. Of course, there won't be a next time because I am not going back. Two years ago I brought in a dress for a fitting that I was wearing to a formal occasion. When I picked it up, the zipper did not lay flat and was bunched up. She said nothing could be done about that. This woman's lack of customer caring, satisfaction and service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend her, but if you do go, make sure you know what you're getting into.
