I find their prices very high. On two occasions the hem completed on my slacks needed to be redone as the hem let go. The price that they quoted to have my daughter's grad dress hemmed and taken is was more than the dress cost $80.00 plus. read more

I had a zipper put into a child's jacket. I supplied the zipper and got charged $60.00. The jacket cost me less than that ! I would never recommend this place.. Much cheaper places in North Bay and just as good work. read more

They quoted me 1 hundred dollars plus to replace a zipper in a jacket. Totally outrageous price that was at least 65 dollars more than this should cost including the zipper. They wanted $2.50 per inch for a zipper with large metal teeth and then I was told that because the zippers were attached on my 4 to 1 parka, (which they are not) that she would have to remove and replace both the outer zipper and the inner zipper that the inside jacket attaches to. This is total nonsense and in my estimation was just a poor attempt to increase the cost to something totally outrageous. 100 dollars to sew in a new zipper.... c'mon. This was at best an hour job to remove the old zipper and sew the new one back in. I don't know anyone that makes 100 dollars an hour. I would not recommend this business. read more
