Negatives: I was charged $600 (in addition to the higher weekend fee to come out) for a repair that took 20 minutes and required no parts. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.

Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) They said the pipe was old and rested so they cut a hole in my kitchen floor about the size of a shoebox they replaced the pipes they did not put a snake in the drain the water was running and it wasn't backing up when they left I turned the water on and let it run to see if it was going to back up and it did they charged me over 700 dollars to replace a PVC pipe a plastic pipe and they never ran a snake in a drain they said we had to make an appointment for them to come back out they came back out the next day and charge us almost $300 to run a snake in a drain something that they were supposed to do when they were first there. There was no No warranty nothing they left a gaping big hole under the kitchen sink and they charged us for 2 days over $1,000. It was two guys that barely said two words to me and my husband they were rude they didn't close up the hole under my sink I will never ever suggest keep the plumber to nobody there's no way in the world that I should have paid almost $1,000 to change a PVC pipe and to snake the drain no warranty whatsoever on their work do not use Keith the plumber.

I had my A/C tuned up for the summer and Justin was courteous and respectful of my home. I subscribe to maintenance plan and for me it is well worth the monthly fee. Justin noted my home air filtration system needs servicing and scheduled an appointment within my needs. Everyone views value differently. I find the value of Norrell quality worthy of my needs and wants.
