We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. The plumber that was sent was professional, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problems. He even took the initiative to clean an unrelated really gross surface clog I had been meaning to tackle on my own out. The bad: I called the company twice to confirm my appointment time as it involved shutting off water to multiple dwellings. Despite this they sent the plumber out more than an hour early to the job site with no warning phone call and I had to have him sit in the truck and wait. I had just woken up and could not turn off water to the other households ahead of the notice that had been given. Charge on the first job was within the realm of reason. Charge for the second bathroom repair though was extremely excessive given that it turned out to be minor and only took him less than 10 minutes and what seemed to be a few dollars of materials to fix. Verdict: If I have an emergency repair or need work on a night/weekend I may use them again. However if the work is minor or planned I would shop around and find a handyman who is more flexible with pricing.

Turns out, we had several plugged drains in the house and needed them to come out twice to get it all done. So, the reason I'd take off a star is that they didn't fully check all of the water ins and outs before work started, and after the first day of work completed. Because if they did, the second day would not have been needed. The other thing I'll mention - but not take away another star for - is that they didn't clean the shower bathtub sufficiently to remove the mess made by their snake. Our bathtub was bright white and clean before, and now has a bit of a brown discoloration where the snake residue came up and splattered onto. We are prob going to need to do another round of cleaning to get it back the way it was. In truth, a 5 star service shouldn't need 2+ rounds of cleaning after. That's why I'd keep the rating at 4 stars, but no higher than that. A more critical customer I could understand giving 3 stars (average) at most. Check out the photo, and you be the judge. But all in all, thanks for the quick service and getting the job done!
