I bought a 2022 less then a year ago and have had alignment issues already not once but twice in the last three months. I just got my truck out of the shop and they did not stay true to the "warranty" on the vehicle. Was forced to pay for a 200 dollar alignment before they would give me my keys, because they apparently didn't do the alignment correctly the first time. Today, Columbus Day. I drive to Moline 55 minutes on my day off to look at and drive an Explorer. They had a big selection. It's a little cold, breezy and misting when I pulled in but I started looking, NO ONE, NOT ONE SALES PERSON came out to ask me if I needed help. I was there 35 minutes walking up and down the row of Explorers, looking at each one, looked at the backs and fronts, inside through the windows. Shut the car off I was driving. One guy peeked over at me like a gopher from the sales floor and poof he was gone back inside the warm dry showroom. These guys are not wanting to sell a vehicle...at all. Buyer beware! Do not trust these guys. Go to Reynolds Ford or even Dahl in Davenport. Seriously. They will say ANYTHING to make a sale. I bought a vehicle last year and I was promised a cargo cover and a few other things once everything was signed and good to go. After I left, not a dang thing. Nothing, they acted like the conversation never happened. Then when I check my credit, they literally ran my credit and did a hard inquiry, every single time I sat down in one of their offices to discuss financing within the same week! Do you know how much that lowers somebody's credit score? They did it without my permission because I NEVER would have agreed to that. One time is enough and that's all they need to see. Not every single time you walk back into an office and sit down a day or so later. Then when I called and asked them to remove it, or to talk to the owner, all I get is excuses. I'll be leaving negative feedback with Ford Corporate to factor into their annual reviews and dealership awards and I am currently disputing the extra credit inquiries. I'll adjust my review if they can provide better customer service and stop playing games! read more

I was on a road trip from MI to CO when I hit a deer near Moline. The police officer recommended Sexton and I am so glad he did! I had the best experience. Sexton worked easily with my insurance. They updated me weekly with the progress of the body work, which I really appreciated. I had to fly in to pick up my car- they gave me appropriate notice so I could book a reasonably priced ticket. Sexton also picked me up from the airport. Finally they offered me coupons for meals and hotels to help with the travel cost, which was so thoughtful. If I lived closer, I would use Sexton for all of my car's needs. I would recommend Sexton! read more

When it comes to buying a car, this is my first choice! Greg Lovitt, a dealer there, is the BEST sales person around!!! He doesn't push you into buying anything, he informs you of the best deals, and he does his darndest to get you what you want at the price you want!! Now the service department, on the other hand, could use some work. I have taken my vehicle there multiple times, and have only had a couple good turn outs. Went in for an oil change, got my car back smelling like cigarette smoke!! Had to get my carpet all replaced, got my car back with my TAN seats covered in black smudges from the guys' dirty hands!! Over-all, I have had great customer service, whether it be the great sales person, or having a problem solved from the service dept, I have never had a person be rude or not understanding! read more

UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR. We agreed on a price for the SUV - The next day he sent the information to the bank. I called to let him know I would be picking up the check and found out that he added $100 to the price! When I called to question this, he tells me they have already taken too much of a loss on the vehicle and will just sell it to an employee if I dont want to pay the extra. With the 8 salesmen standing at the front door just staring and customers when they walk in, it surprises me that they would jerk someone around for a lousy $100. My experiences have been good on the sales side and so-so on the service side. I had a good sales experience that went fairly quick with no problems. I've had both warranty and brake work done that was good. On a few oil changes they didn't do all of the checks they said they would. The service manager followed up and provided me a complimentary one. Seemed like he was really trying. read more

I recently took my truck there for some preventive maintenance work before driving it across the country. They were helpful when they were working on the truck, and worked with me to get on the road as soon as possible. This is when I realized they were just trying to get their money and get me out the door as soon as possible. My truck made it 250miles, less then 5 hours after driving off their lot, before it stranded me on the side of the road. It broke down because they were careless and didn't replace a part that I specifically ask them to replace (they broke the twin of this part when they were working on it, hence you would think it would make sense to fix it right) I actually was told by there service manager that it ran when I left the lot so it wasn't there problem! Beware, they wont even stand by a 5 hour warranty. They wouldn't even work with me at all to settle the 2nd repair bill to fix there careless mistake.... If you want service, take your business elsewhere! read more

Andy Rhoads is a liar he told me no bank would approve a car loan for a car that has over 60k miles on it and told him my budget was $6k so he puts me in for a $18k car..not even close to my budget so i called my bank and was approved for a vehicle with 176k miles on it and was in my budget then i called him and said i have a check and will be in to purchase the vehicle the next day and he sold it later that night that is horrible business and i will not be retuning there and will duscoyrage anyone i know from goong there as well they don't even deserve 1 star read more

He was very inviting and kind from the first phone call, through the sale and to when I drove away in my new car. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He knew that his dealership didn't have the car I was looking for but when I went in to talk to him he had options on his desk of cars he could bring in from dealerships. We made a deal on a Thursday night and by Saturday morning my new car was brought in from 3 hours away, cleaned, inspected and handed over to me. after a week I noticed that the rear drivers side tire had lower tread than the others.
