Finally, after 45 minutes of dialog, I saw the truck by the driveway and they did not enter because of a little snow. It was plowed and I could drive my car but they would not answer my call and they just left. I called service and a representative at store and he said they would have it delivered next day. They did not and did not even reply with courtesy of any cancellation. Nothing! I also called again to leave complaint and after the call, the message says to stay on line to leave review. I waited and waited for 15 minutes before that agent would hang up so I could leave a review. I finally did. She just would not hang up, that's deceitful. Final summary: I had another problem a month ago and did not post a review as the 3rd party delivered my item to another house down the street. Again these 3rd party delivery folks cannot speak English and do not know how to deliver or deliver to the correct house.

Was told they had located the one we ordered and it would be there the next week. My husband took old one out, went to pick up new one and still didn't have it. If they had just told us upfront it would be weeks later before we got the dishwasher and given us the opportunity to order something different that would be one thing but we felt like they were either dishonest or don't know what the heck is going on. Instead of them staying in contact with us we were the ones repeatedly calling them to find out what was going on. Take our advice, drive a little farther south and steer clear of this place!!

What we didn't know is that they knew a year ago that their Blue Spruce trees have needle cast, a deadly fungus. Their so called warranty says that if it dies within 6-months that we get it replaced with 1/2 of the cost and no labor refunded. We had no idea they were selling us a sick tree and had heard good things about them, but I'm here to tell you to beware! We have contacted them numerous times, but they won't call us back. So, with labor, we are out about $500 or more with a dead tree to dig out!
