I used this individual 4 months ago he was okay. Then I had some issue under my sink and asked him if I could pay for one area just under sink kitchen. I said I didn't even need to send to lab . Just wanted to check readings under sink not in room. He said nope you'd have to pay full service but I'll take $50.00off. What a joke, that's what he offered me when I had the whole house tested. So pay full price for under sink test......sure thing.I'll find someone else yearly to test my house. If it seemed such a big deal to do this then he's not worth it. I gave him my business how much of an effort was it to do this sample for a customer.....obviously he'll just do the bare minimum and doesn't value customer relations. I even asked for recommendations for someone that would do this and what he'd suggest for me to home test one of those on amazon ...nope could not recommend could not be bothered. If I had only known what I was dealing with before I gave first review........also he said he'd have the results within 3/4 days it took 8/9 days... RESPONDING TO YOUR RESPONSE. you said I'd get the report in 3/4 days. No 2 u said pricing goes by number of samples well this was ONE sample. Number 3 u said u offered me suggestions. We are trying to buy a investment property and it smelled by the laundry and kitchen wall. I have to say that if you think you may have a mold problem you should definitely call Black Mold Analysis. Neil came to inspect a rental in which my tenant was complaining of mold and difficulty breathing while no evidence of mold or water damage.. Neil Inspected the apartment throughly, took air samples inside and outside sending the samples to a certified lab for processing. One of the most valuable things was the mold and hygiene education that he gave as he was explaining the process. It turns out the the apartment has no mold but the information that Neil provided was super helpful while explaining the results and educating my tenant about what is and is not mold also how to prevent mold in the future. It helps to have a complete scientific evaluation of the environment when a tenant complains of mold with no signs of mold growth or water damage. I appreciate the detailed and thorough inspection. A few weeks ago I noticed some black growth in the grout of my bathroom tile. I found Black Mold Analysis online and spoke to Sunil. He was responsive and able to come check it out the next day. He gave me some good tips on airing out my place properly and I have noticed an improvement in my allergy symptoms. Unfortunately, the testing found traces of Cladosporium (genus fungi) and elevated levels of Penicillium/Aspergillus (mold fungi that causes allergies) in my bathroom.
