Abandoned Project, No Communication, No Refund…read more In Sept. 2025, we hired this company and paid a deposit for lawn mowing + fertilization for the remaining of 2025 and the 2026 season, aeration and to fill a depression in the backyard and overseed. Michael Ruggiero and his fiancée Danielle came out in the middle of October to perform the aeration and overseeding. They never mowed or filled in the depression in the backyard. We have been trying to contact them since Nov. 2025 by utilizing the e-mail address and phone numbers which they provided to us. To date as of March 2026, they haven't replied to any of the messages which we have left them. We have also sent them a certified letter with no response. There has been no communication from their side. They are holding on to part of our deposit which they haven't done any work for. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unreliability. Also, the fact that they are holding on to our money for services not provided and no refund. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend them for any landscaping work. DD and AMD

I gave in and hired a painter with a certain amount of trepidation (you know - night sweats, palpitations, fear of the unknown!). First of all, he surprised me by always being on time, working the whole time he was here, with a brief lunch break, and working until it was time to go - how often does that happen! He was very careful to ask me exactly the extent of prep work I wanted done. Like, he would discuss with me: Do you want every single crack and hole fixed, or just the worst ones? Turned out that a lot more repair work needed to be done than either of us had expected,which, of course, meant more hours and more expense, but he was willing and able to do the level of repair that I wanted. I wanted everything as perfect as possible, and he exceeded my expectations. The repair work he did was meticulous - well worth the additional unexpected expense. Don't let anybody kid you - a paint job is only as good as the prep work that precedes it! I also didn't take into account that the color red I chose took 4 (!) coats to cover properly, and the closet and other doors took 3 coats, adding to the time needed to complete the job satisfactorily. So be aware that there are factors that affect the final price that only come up as you actually get into the job. Are you a female who sometimes has trouble with male workers being condescending, chauvinistic, patronizing, or just plain rude? Well, Zoltan is an exception to that rule. He was extremely pleasant to have in my home working for five days - so I saw a lot of him! Very polite, very amenable to suggestion. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself; he brought his own dropcloths and covered everything; and he moved furniture and put it back. You may have to wait a while to schedule a job since his services are in demand, but he is well worth the wait.

We hired them to mow our front and back yard, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only was the work rushed and poorly done, but they also never completed the job. The quality was absolutely horrible - uneven mowing, patches missed, and no cleanup. To make matters worse, they pressured my partner to pay immediately, even though he wasn't present to inspect the work and knew it wasn't finished. They took advantage of the situation and collected payment for a job that was clearly incomplete and pre-charged me for the next cut (which was not agreed upon & my partner was not aware). We've reached out multiple times and received no effort to correct the issue. I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same mistake. Don't waste your money or your time - look elsewhere for reliable landscaping help. Pictures provided. Full transparency note: they did mention getting stung by bees, which is the business of landscaping in the summer. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and I've received no estimate and he has not bothered to return either phone calls or texts. A person who claims to be trustworthy, honest and committed to customer service would have the decency to, at the very least, let someone know that they're not interested in the job.
