So we wanted to try it for ourselves and we were so hungry from our 6-7 hour drive. I was surprised that we were actually seated right away. Customer Service great. However, as we were served sashimi and sushi, i was confused of the texture of the fish. The fish felt odd. I feel that they were altered. The texture of the fish really strange. I tried and tried and told my hubby what I thought about their sashimi. That's why, I prolly ate a lot of ginger sushi. I always do. I do not know their vendor or supplier, but it did not feel right. Their sushi, as i described them as Anime sushi. They're heavy sauce, and again, so overpowering flavor and too salty. Their veggies were really good though, really fresh. Am I an expert on sashimi and sushi? I won't say I'm an expert. But I eat,eat a lot, a lot of sushi and always prefer sashimi. I'm just a customer giving a true experience of this restaurant. I won't be going back. I won't recommend to family, relatives, friends, and colleagues.
