Trying to find somebody to do a deep cleaning through Yelp and Gerardo was one of the first to respond. You were super friendly. Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program. So thanks so much Gerardo for working us into your schedule and leaving the home in such great condition. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The initial cleaning was $100 per hour which end up being right around 2 hours. I was charged $200 and given a rate of $120 every two weeks for my 3 bed 2 bath. The initial cleaning was moderate at best and this was supposed to be a "deep cleaning". They didn't even dust half the shelves and tables. The owner "Jim" apologized and said they would make it up next time. I then scheduled my next cleaning two weeks later and received confirmation the day before that they will be at my house between 12PM-1PM. The day of the cleaning, I texted Jim at 1PM asking if they were still planning on showing up. He said they would be outside my house in 10 minutes but had to take a lunch break for 30 minutes. Around 2PM I looked outside and still did not see anyone. Jim continues to tell me they are outside but they are not. I then requested to cancel services because I had to leave to do errands. I also wanted to be there to tell them what I wanted cleaned specifically. I explain this to Jim and he goes on a rant about me being unprofessional and not prioritizing my own schedule. He then says I need to pay a cancellation fee. This man is not a professional and his company is shady to say the least.

I had them clean for me for a couple of months but felt like I had to teach them how to clean. For example taking things off the shelves and wiping down counters. That's basic cleaning skills. I had to go over this almost every time with them. They don't really clean your floors - they use a little mop and when cleaning my dining table area they didn't even pull my chairs out to actually get under the table. I have no idea what cleaner they use on the floor but never smelt clean or anything. My floors never felt clean. They used soap and water on my granite counters. No granite polish or anything - I gladly provided polish - still wouldn't use it. My stainless steel would always be streaked. So many items would get missed every week from dusting, toilets, kitchen sink, etc. Felt like they came and cleaned then I would have to spend time cleaning after they left. Pictures are my shower from one day they were here. Everything felt half done and never a completely clean. All my cleaning crews in the last would clean any dishes I had in the sink - I'd accidentally leave a couple small things here and there and they said we don't do dishes, that would be a maid service. Which okay, but a couple small things - not a huge deal in my opinion. Mind you, they did do the dishes for one of my friends. I recommended them to two of my closest friends/family and they did not keep them hired either. One of them had them do a first clean and asked them to come back to finish the job/fix what was missed. Again, nice crew but wouldn't recommend. I had to cancel two appointments in august as we would be out of town and gave them plenty of notice of cancellation as I typically don't ever cancel and have them here every two weeks and they just didn't respond. I cancelled yesterday as I never got a confirmation text like normal and just never heard back from them. So, decided definitely time to part ways due to lack of communication and poor cleaning job.

They come in and somehow work their magic on our clutter, and get our house shipshape again every few weeks. We don't know what we would do without them. You do have to find the right housekeeper, and make sure it is a match. If you don't like the first lady you get, don't give up. Ask for another ... they're very flexible. We loved Marilyn, and now we really love Destiny. Ask for her! Now, with Destiny, who is just amazing, we had to review on Yelp. Someone by the name of 'Paul' answered the phone. Immediately, everything was wrong. Paul was unprofessional, rude and unquestionably the reason we'll be using a different company. You see, Paul can scream at us, cuss at us and DEMAND our payment information, but apparently what Paul CAN'T do is discuss the details of the cleaning or agreement with us. That's fine. We hung up on Paul and called back and we got Paul again. We asked to talk to someone in charge, to which Paul screamed 'I AM THE BOSS.' Whelp. We'll be making sure to tell everyone we know to stay away from this business in that case. However, this story continues. Today we received a voicemail from this business. They're threatening to take us to court for not paying them. That's fine. Since we've clearly documented their failure to complete the job they're asking us to pay for (which constitutes a clear breach of contract) and they're continuing to belligerent harass us we're rather interested in seeing them in court.
