Trying to find somebody to do a deep cleaning through Yelp and Gerardo was one of the first to respond. You were super friendly. Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program. So thanks so much Gerardo for working us into your schedule and leaving the home in such great condition. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I was too sick to realize I should've just canceled the second she showed up without a carpet cleaner, so I went along with the rest of it. Once I thought about it after the fact, though, it didn't add up. She said her vacuum was broken (I told her mine was working but she didn't take me up on that offer), she said I could get the carpet stains out with Dawn (she brought Dawn but didn't offer to use it), and she kept telling me what I could do even though I told her we were in a time crunch and needed the place cleaned by tomorrow. I requested a cleaning for my house at move out. I was quoted 3 hours, and asked for a carpet…read morecleaning. I was charged the 3 hours but told carpet cleaning was a separate service. The cleaners came and could barely do half of my house in the 3 hours quoted, and had to leave immediately to another house. They were confused and disappointed as to the scheduling left them driving over 4 hours that day. I was called back and quoted 3 more hours to finish. Even though I advised them several times that some things would be staying for future renters, the cleaners took several things out of closets and left it on my main house walkway for prospective renters to trip over!! They NEVER cleaned this main stone walkway even after 6 hours at my house! They NEVER cleaned part of my 3rd room. Multiple times they tried to blame me for it taking too long because it wasn't completely empty. Aside from one wheeled bed, I have a few things like linens and odds and ends, but no major furniture was present. Apparently an occupied house or one being rented is out of their understanding and capability. I had to ask about the carpet cleaners multiple times before they were actually scheduled. They did a decent job but left some smell (however that was another company) This company had the nerve to later call back not to check on my house but to offer a monthly cleaning. I inquired why part of my house was never cleaned even with paying for 6 hours. I was never contacted back! Clearly they figured since I was moving out they could do a piss-poor job. I am now 1000 miles away with a pile of stuff taken out of closets and left on a neglected entryway by the cleaners. TLDR: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
