A few weeks back I found this company online and decided to give them a try since they were local. The prices were very reasonable and the owner "Jim" was easy to talk to and helped setup a schedule. The initial cleaning was $100 per hour which end up being right around 2 hours. I was charged $200 and given a rate of $120 every two weeks for my 3 bed 2 bath. The initial cleaning was moderate at best and this was supposed to be a "deep cleaning". They didn't even dust half the shelves and tables. The owner "Jim" apologized and said they would make it up next time. I then scheduled my next cleaning two weeks later and received confirmation the day before that they will be at my house between 12PM-1PM. The day of the cleaning, I texted Jim at 1PM asking if they were still planning on showing up. He said they would be outside my house in 10 minutes but had to take a lunch break for 30 minutes. Around 2PM I looked outside and still did not see anyone. Jim continues to tell me they are outside but they are not. I then requested to cancel services because I had to leave to do errands. I also wanted to be there to tell them what I wanted cleaned specifically. I explain this to Jim and he goes on a rant about me being unprofessional and not prioritizing my own schedule. Nice crew but would not recommend. You never know if Jim is going to be in a good mood or not and when he's not he has an attitude. Yikes! I had them clean for me for a couple of months but felt like I had to teach them how to clean. For example taking things off the shelves and wiping down counters. That's basic cleaning skills. I had to go over this almost every time with them. They don't really clean your floors - they use a little mop and when cleaning my dining table area they didn't even pull my chairs out to actually get under the table. I have no idea what cleaner they use on the floor but never smelt clean or anything. My floors never felt clean. They used soap and water on my granite counters. No granite polish or anything - I gladly provided polish - still wouldn't use it. My stainless steel would always be streaked. So many items would get missed every week from dusting, toilets, kitchen sink, etc. Felt like they came and cleaned then I would have to spend time cleaning after they left. Pictures are my shower from one day they were here. Everything felt half done and never a completely clean. All my cleaning crews in the last would clean any dishes I had in the sink - I'd accidentally leave a couple small things here and there and they said we don't do dishes, that would be a maid service. Which okay, but a couple small things - not a huge deal in my opinion. Mind you, they did do the dishes for one of my friends. I recommended them to two of my closest friends/family and they did not keep them hired either. One of them had them do a first clean and asked them to come back to finish the job/fix what was missed. Again, nice crew but wouldn't recommend. I had to cancel two appointments in august as we would be out of town and gave them plenty of notice of cancellation as I typically don't ever cancel and have them here every two weeks and they just didn't respond. I cancelled yesterday as I never got a confirmation text like normal and just never heard back from them. So, decided definitely time to part ways due to lack of communication and poor cleaning job. read more

We are new to the area and did not know who to call. We contracted Power Pro Cleaning service and depended on their name. Condo was completely empty. 3 people spent 4 hours. It was nice of them to offer to work on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule but they were in such a hurry to finish they did not do a satisfactory job. We were disappointed. We spent another 4 hours cleaning. Corners on floor were still dirty, window box in kitchen was not cleaned and under kitchen sink was not wiped clean. Also we were informed when they completed the job they clean windows but not screens? And don't clean garages. A spot on floor they claimed they could not clean we were able to remove by simple laying a wet towel down to soften the dried liquid that was on the tile. read more

We were looking to reestablish routine cleaning service for our home since we had cancelled at the outset of COVID. My wife spoke to Jim two days ago and after discussing made an appointment for yesterday. They came in and did an in depth "initial" cleaning and did a great job. We are now scheduled for biweekly service. Jim is extremely personable and he and the crew were extremely hard working and thorough. Our house looks great.
