When I showed up for my appointment they were very friendly and helpful and I was out the door in 20min. I received my monitors a week ago and they fit perfect! After having a recent hearing test and speaking with my doctor, I had to find a reliable and dependable hearing aid provider. I met with three different hearing aid service providers in the East Bay. My experience with Valerie was exceptional. She explained everything to me and compared it with my hearing test results to give me professional guidance on what would work best for me. We discussed a particular hearing aid make and model I was interested in and she gave me a reasonable and fair price. She did not try to pressure me and was very helpful, friendly, and supportive. In the end, I did not end up using Hearing Science of Walnut Creek, only because I found another provider, which is closer to my residence. Otherwise, I would be using their services and expertise. Kelly is terrific. She listens and makes sure any concerns I might have are addressed. They let me bring my dog in with me so I don't have to leave her home. She has separation anxiety. I appreciate the way they schedule regular cleanings even after the warranty has expired. They are not at all pushy about getting me to upgrade. I've had the same hearing aids for 6 years. I was even allowed to try a newer model for a couple of weeks. I liked the rechargeable battery feature, which my older model doesn't have, but didn't think that warranted the expense of a new pair. Kaiser audiology wouldn't even let me try a pair for a day. When I need a new pair I will definitely get them from Miracle Ear Pleasant Hill.

I bought my 1st pair of hearing aids from that center, where I was tested and obtained very specific results regarding my hearing loss and the possibility of assistance through multifunctional hearing aids. The Audiologist, Ms. Flores, is extremely proficient and familiar with specific hearing loss and electronic assistance through various make and models of hearing Aids. It's always a pleasant medical appointment and the staff is both friendly and professional, i recommend the Better Hearing Center for all medical hearing tests for Everyone. In this day and age, hearing the exacts words spoken is crucial to daily life.
