*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* Shaboo Cleaning caused over $65,000 dollars in damages to the exterior of our custom built colonial home!! This man should not be in business nor any client to ever do business with him. Ronnie Shaboo is unprofessional and exhibits a dangerous temperament. Shaboo CT cleaning destroyed the entire exterior of our $600,000 dollar custom home with his service. He was highly unprofessional (language, demeanor, and smoking a cigarette doing the job) and had an inexperienced young worker to help him do the service. This worker was holding the pressure washer so close to the house that resulted in lines across our vinyl siding. We trusted the knowledge and expertise of Shaboo Cleaning to have our CertainTeed Cedar Impression vinyl siding cleaned from a little green algae and some mulch mites (artillery fungus). Shaboo CT Cleaning LLC inappropriately used a combination of extremely hot water over 200 degree F under inordinately high pressure of 3,500 PSI mixed with unruly harsh swimming pool chemicals not intended for use. When we contacted Shaboo, he became extremely aggressive. He immediately responded with, "Oh F***" and hung up. He came to our property to assess and when he arrived, he flew out of his vehicle immediately and approached my fiancé charging at him in extreme profanity stating, "I'll kill you mother ******." Everything was caught on cameras that we have installed all around our property. We had to have our Correctional Officer neighbor force him to leave our property as he was refusing to do so. He was taking the pool shock directly and wiping it on portions of the vinyl and pacing back and forth. When he finally left, his work truck left power steering and brake fluid all up our driveway leading to our driveway needing to be seal coated. We called the police and filed a police report as we feared for our life and safety. He got arrested shortly after leaving our property. We are devastated and sickened by the result of the Charcoal Grey Certainteed Cedar Impression vinyl siding damaged to a faded light gray with blotchiness, stains, and oxidation all throughout the 4200 sqft exterior perimeter leading to total vinyl replacement when evaluated legally by professionals, contractors, etc. In addition to Ronnie Shaboo's temperament shown and knowledge of past criminal records, we had to even pay now for a top notch security alarm system to be installed as we feel threatened for our safety. Ronnie Shaboo was yelling so loudly including profanity, where neighbors approached us after this incident in fear of their safety since we live in a beautiful and safe community along with two retired police sergeants and one active police trooper. When he was contacted by our lawyer, he was unprofessional and used profanity to this highly respected professional in commenting, "Our house is a cheap piece of fu***** plastic" along with other profanity! The pictures speak for themselves where we are so devastated. There needs to be justice served from his lack of knowledge, work product and professionalism! Our house was the color of the vinyl seen holding which is Certainteed Charcoal Grey. It is highly evident the damage he has done in comparison. It has been over a year with delays due to the pandemic in battles with court and his poor insurance, where this man should be held accountable for all damages and pay for what he has done!! UPDATE: Following the owners comments below, I urge him to think of it this way. If you went to a restaurant and the food was decent but the staff were cursing and verbally abusing each other in front of customers for the full length of the meal, then you would not eat there again. There is no excuse for how you behaved for an entire half of a day. It was not worth it for the job you did. Most businesses owners don't go around calling their staff "retards" and causing a scene in FRONT of clients and neighbors. I'm not sure what about that you don't understand. It's detrimental to owning a business. Original review: I hesitated posting this because quite frankly, the owners behavior scared me. The one positive is that the house exterior is nice and bright now, and all the grime was cleaned off the siding. The gutters are clear. Apart from that, we do have some pressure wash dents on the garage door, smushed plants and patio grout was sprayed all over the lawn. It was an extremely upsetting experience to witness the verbal abuse that was directed toward the young man working for the owner of the business.  "Unbelievable, I cant believe I have a useless r*tard working with me" and "you are a f**king moron" were among choice phrases that I heard right outside my window.  Aside from being completely unprofessional to be speaking like this at a clients home, screaming to the high heavens and cursing when we have neighbors, it's wrong to speak like that to another person, especially a kid who, from what I witnessed, was trying. Absolutely terrible, it upset me so much I had to go out and make sure he was ok because I was concerned about him.  The owner called my husband and gave some excuse about how he helps out previous addicts by hooking them up with jobs and this kid kept making mistakes while doing our gutters. (Well, even if that was true, you still have no right to verbally abuse him for 4 hours AND if you can't handle that responsibility you shouldn't be trying to help addicts because clearly you are not able to be a positive influence.) My husband told him I was trying to work from home and the screaming was disturbing and upsetting me, but it continued regardless and I could hear him out there berating the poor kid all afternoon, saying he was going to fire him.  For the money it was way too much drama and unprofessionalism and I cannot believe someone would speak like this on a professional job. read more

We needed our inherited house power washed (the siding was installed in 1989 and had never been cleaned). My sister found Ron online and he came by the house to give us an estimate. He was very professional, looked at the house and gave us a written estimate. When he did the job he brought his own water and assured me the old siding would be okay.
