Since the Covid/quarantine virus safety precautions are in place we were all scheduled together (family of 4) we arrived promptly at 10:30 for our appointment and met Adam. He was so friendly and happy to see/meet us. He proceeded to tell us the cleaning procedures they are using after a customer exits and assured us we would be the only four inside until 1. Dr Manning came out and introduced himself and our exams began. The exams were thorough, he explained everything to us in lay terms. Adam and Dr Manning now have 4 new customers. We just felt they went above and beyond and who doesn't love that?? ** UPDATE ** 5/23/20 I called Adam and explained that the nose piece was bothering me alot and making those little red dots on my nose. He explained why it could be happening in detail as this is my first pair of glasses with them. He told me to stop in which I did. He took a look at how they were fitted and tweaked them a few different times and even heated up one arm to get that right where it should be. They now fit amazingly and no more irritated nose. We ended up chatting about LBI and mutual friends we both know for awhile. Definitely personal service and he/they treat you like a lifelong friend, not just a means to $. Anyway, the manager of the store helped me find what I thought was the right pair for me. I received them about a month later due to them coming from overseas. They came in, I wore them for a few days but decided to exchange for a different pair. The manager Grazel was again extremely helpful and patient in helping me find another pair that suited me. I must have been in there 6 or 7 different times either picking up the glasses, getting them fitted better, etc. Happy to add all is good now. New Glasses fit well and look great. Made a decision within minutes and they are awesome! Would have never in a million years found the pair myself! Their service extends beyond the initial transaction with their thoughtful follow up's to make sure all is perfect! I did have an issue with the lenses (no fault of their own) and they had the prescription lenses redone for me at no expense.
