It wasn't cheap, but I am more than satisfied that I got my money's worth. Everything was smooth, from quote to pickup and my car looks stunning! The work is high quality and I am confident that Eclipse would promptly handle any issues, should one crop up. I'll be back annually to refresh my ceramic coating and, if I ever get another new car, I know where to go. https://imgur.com/a/uPeOZlY

Unfortunately, this recent situation did not reflect the level of service I had come to expect. I had a small tint defect that I noticed from day one after installation, but did not address with the business. Over a year later, it appeared to delaminate, which can occur when a contaminant trapped between the glass and adhesive creates a localized adhesion failure that worsens over time through heat cycles, thermal expansion, and adhesive stress. The defect was a circular mark with a visible halo around it, which is more consistent with a localized adhesion issue than a typical surface abrasion. When I brought it in, multiple staff members repeatedly insisted it was "physical damage," including the explanation that a seatbelt could create a perfectly circular mark in the middle of the window. That explanation did not align with the defect I was seeing, especially since seatbelt contact would more typically leave an elongated scuff, arc, or irregular abrasion rather than a clean, centered circle with a halo. It was frustrating to feel like my concern was dismissed rather than properly evaluated. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to redo the tint at no charge. However, during the replacement process I noticed another contaminant before leaving and had to point it out for correction. After the second attempt, there was still a visible dust speck in the upper corner, which I was told was "acceptable" as long as it was not in the main line of sight. I appreciate that they honored the redo, but the overall experience was disappointing. The repeated insistence that the original issue was my fault, the need for multiple attempts, and the remaining defect did not match the quality and attention to detail I had experienced from them over the years. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I truly valued this business and would like to see them maintain the standard that originally earned my trust.

In a word? EXPENSIVE! They kept my car way too long. Several weak excuses…read more Tanner at the Poe Avenue location promised to have my car detailed there if I purchase the rust proofing. I spent almost $1,000 that day. When I picked the car up and complained that it wasn't detailed, Tanner said he never promised that. So dishonest. I will look for an alternative next time. Edit: They completely butchered my rear window defroster. They actually have you sign a waiver before they start on rear windows with defrosters built in. I asked the gentleman at the counter how likely it would be that the defroster got damaged. His answer was, "Our guy who's going to do it has been at this for over 25 years. It's very rare that a defroster will be damaged." It looks absolutely horrible. I ended up spending $806 on a new back window and a proper tinting job. Ziebart is even more awful than I initially thought they were. Michelle, the "Business Manager", referred me to Ziebart's customer service email. There, I found some people who absolutely could not care less about the customer. All they do is defend their position and get taken to small claims court... A LOT! Very dishonest people in that organization. That's the reason they put up with people on the front line, lying to the customer. It's part of their culture. I am sure a few of the stores are probably a safe bet. Stay away from the Poe Avenue store! Wanna have some fun? Do a web search for "Does Ziebart damage defrosters." It is a bit of a rabbit hole. But if you want to get into it, you will conclude what I and many other customers concluded. STAY AWAY FROM ZIEBART! Many better options available for window tinting in the area. You would do well to take advantage of them. Check if they have five star rating on Google and Yelp. Choose Wisely.

After 3 years of annual touch up service, another issue lead me to realize that the frame had gone from no issues to totally shot!! Massive holes throughout. My mechanic couldn't even raise the truck on the lift for safety reasons, that's how bad the frame was. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
