Even with the drive, I never hesitate because the experience is always worth it. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel genuinely welcome. The salon has such a beautiful atmosphere, and the entire team is warm, friendly, and attentive. They treat every client like family, and I always appreciate the little touches like Armenian coffee and snacks while I'm there. I've had several services done over the years, including hair extensions with Star and haircuts with Susan, and I've been so happy with the results every time. I even brought my mom in while she was visiting from Northern California for a haircut, color, and highlights, and she absolutely loved how her hair turned out. I went here back in March and at the time I requested for a color correction Ruzanna did the color correction and I was okay with it but my roots were left orange. She started she was not able to get them lighter because according to her my hair couldn't take it. I let this go and didn't notice the crown breakage that started but I had taken a picture that day and you can see how it had started . I went again in May with Ruzzana and once again was left with orange roots and more crown breakage this time more hair fell out. This time it was extremely noticeable. I had to cut off most of my hair because the fall out would not stop. It is now July and my hair finally stopped breaking. The entire back of my hair is 2inches long and I can't even hide it with braids. I have cried for months about this and had to cut my hair in a bob. I have spent so much money on treatments like k-18 and even bought a shower filter. I am now resorting to buying wigs because the hair is completely unfixable. I am beyond upset about this and I hope if you are white blonde you avoid this place. I had done ghost roots so that I wouldn't damage my hair. This was supposed to be the color of my hair for my wedding in September of next year. I highly doubt I'll be able to grow it back to the length I had it above my boobs by then but I hope this serves as a warning to others who have dark hair who are trying to go to white blonde with someone who doesn't know how to do it properly. I will likely have to cut the rest of my hair off because the breakage is so bad and my hair is completely uneven.
