We find that it is so convenient to get in and out, while we are going through things to decide what will work with our house and what won't work. Friendly since day 1, willing to work with me on billing as a college student. They also supply a student discount. There was a discrepancy with an inconsistency in their hours from their website and it put me in a jam one morning, but they sent me a very long and detailed apology message the following day. This shows that they care about the individual customer, which I can't say about a lot of places nowadays. Coming from Sandretto Hills, it's a NIGHT AND DAY difference. They were also very cooperative with me to fit me into a good trailer spot.

We asked for a 26 footer and, in addition, got a hydraulic lift AND comfortable seats. This company was definitely more costly, but we saw many U-Haul trucks on the side of the road in obvious trouble, we had a smooth ride, without incident. Keep in mind, if you intend to get to your destination quickly, this truck is not for you, it moves very slowly, especially if you are hauling a house full of furniture. I will gladly use them again when I need a truck.
