Before posting, here's a draft you can edit if you'd like:…read more I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. First, let me say that I'm not a high-maintenance traveler. I stay at budget motels like Motel 6 all the time, so I'm not expecting luxury. We stayed at Fox RV Resort last year, so we knew exactly what we were booking--a dated RV with 1990s decor and basic amenities. Last year, our only issue was that the grill had no propane. This year was a completely different story. We arrived on an extremely hot day only to find that the RV had no power. It was unbearably hot inside, and after checking the breakers ourselves, nothing worked. We called the main number, and someone came down to turn the power on. He even acknowledged that it should have been turned on before we arrived. Once we started unpacking, we noticed the back window was covered with a piece of cardboard to block out light. Then we discovered the bathroom smelled like raw sewer. After reading older Yelp reviews, I realized this has apparently been an ongoing issue with this same trailer for years. Next, we found out there was no grill, even though the website advertises one. We had brought a cooler full of food specifically to grill during our stay. We called and were told someone would bring one over. Forty minutes later, still no grill, so my husband called again. The owner answered sounding irritated and basically snapped that it would get there. Later that night, around 9 p.m., the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We weren't upset--we just wanted to make sure there wasn't a switch or something inside the RV that needed to be turned on. Instead of helping us, the owner answered the phone by saying, "Do you know what time it is?" He then went on a rant about how we'd already called twice that day with complaints before telling us to "pack your shit and go." My husband stayed remarkably calm. I honestly would have hung up. The owner also told us, "This isn't the Ritz." No kidding. We weren't expecting the Ritz. We were expecting the amenities that were advertised and basic customer service. The issues with the RV were frustrating, but things happen. What made this experience completely unacceptable was the owner's attitude. I've never been spoken to by a business owner that way in my life. If you value even basic customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Rented a trailer for a family staycation down to Parker. Rented the 26' Aerolite because it looked…read moredecent for two elderly ladies, my mother and aunt. The photos on the site are NOTHING to what this PIECE OF JUNK trailer really is. The bed they show as the main bed is so old the springs are coming through and when you lay on it, you sink into a crevasse and can't get out. Not good for my 75 year old mother with Scoliosis; my aunt had to pull her out of the bed every time she needed to pee in the middle of the night. This company is so damn cheap they won't even spend $400 and buy an Ashley Furniture mattress for dirt cheap to replace the mattress with springs coming through the top. The other bed, the pull-out couch? Well, take a look at the photo I took today (9/14/22) vs the photo Havablast shows in their photos. I'm completely blown away that this company could rent this trailer for $135/night in this condition. We have our own 39' toyhauler that's top-notch gorgeous and we rent it out on RVShare (website) and charge $175/night. Unfortunately, with only 30 amp service at Echo, we could only run one AC so we could move them over when it was 110° outside. Havablast stores all of the kitchen utensils in the shower in a plastic bin. So people like my mother, 75 and old, if they want to shower, will have to take each item out because it's too heavy to lift the bin. No exterior lighting available so you can see where the steps are if you're camping at a dark campground (like Echo Lodge in Parker where we were). The trailer was FILTHY!!!! When I say filthy, I mean f'ing filthy. Broom swept, sure, but the couches and cloth material was disgustingly filthy and gross. I felt so bad for them. FILTHY FILTHY. When I got the bill from them, the final bill, they also tacked on a $50 sanitation fee they never told me about, and they originally told me the delivery fee was $100. They charged me $175. I'll be filing a small claims case against them within the timeline of the statute of limitations for a suit like this. All in all, this trailer rental RUINED my mom's very last vacation she'll ever take. She's now back home with severe back pain and bruises all over her legs from trying to get into the trailer with no light.

HAVA TRASH CAN RENTALS! This is BY FAR the WORST place my family and I have ever rented to stay…read more You are better off SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR then you are dealing with these slum lords. Problems in the trailer are as follows: -Fridge did not work the entire trip and when someone came to look at it he said "well it's down to 54 so" ‍ for anyone that doesn't know? FRIDGES SHOULD STAY AROUND 30 DEGREES!! All our food spoiled. -the shower head is a hand held that does not mount to the wall. The entire time you're showering you have to hold the hand held so it doesn't spray EVERYWHERE in the bathroom like a firehose. -The bathroom plumbing did not work. Your waste sits in the bottom of the toilet once flushed because it wasn't plumbed properly in the first place so it doesn't run down hill. I'm a plumber, I would know. -The entire place was absolutely FILTHY and completely outdated and run down. I don't mind if something is clearly "used" or a "rental" but I mean it's INSANE -We rented a "2 bedroom trailer". We have 4 adults, so this shouldn't have been a problem. Attached is a photo of the sorry excuse they give you for a bed. It's a bent sack out metal frame that someone stuck an oversized dog bed on. Literally. A big cotton pad like for a dog. -Whoever set up the trailer had zero idea what he was doing. A trailer shouldn't rock and sway like your in a boat on the river, but ours did. -There is one light on the outside of the trailer and it's the equivalent to a small blinker mounted on the top right of the trailer. A 4 inch orange circle that puts off a small amber glow. My point: IT WAS GOOD FOR NOTHING! We're in a highly snake populated area, you NEED light for general safety purposes. -The main stairs at the front door were falling off. I took my tool set with me (luckily) and was able to tighten everything up, as well as stabilizing it with a large rock Well worth the money to go on vacation and have to work repairs on the trailer I PAID to stay in -I'm not usually one for long reviews but if I can save ANYONE from dealing with the insanity that is this rental company? Then time well spent. It does not get worse than "HAVA BLAST" rentals. If this is how you run your business? It's time to close up shop because this is EMBARRASSING. I would leave zero stars but it isn't an option.

My fiancé passed away unexpectedly one month after we purchased the trailer and I had no use for it without him. A sales representative from JR Motors saw my post and reached out to me with big promises of a quick consignment sale and a decent pay off towards my loan after it was all said and done. I was told to take out a separate loan to pay the trailer loan balance down to the consignment pay off price so it would be a quick and easy transaction when they sold it. "I will not see you wrong." They even went to the campsite where I had the trailer stored and picked it up and brought it to their lot. (At my expense.) I was told, "we're gonna get this thing sold." Fast-forward to a year later and a few offers that supposedly "fell through" I was informed that they could not sell the trailer and I needed to get it picked up. I asked for proof of these said offers and was never provided that. And was offered an extremely lowball amount of money for JR Motors to buy my trailer outright. My only assumption is that the profit margin was not large enough for them and so they weren't aggressive with trying to sell the trailer. I was later informed by another JR Motors employee that the sales representative who approached me regarding the consignment, should have never brought my trailer onto the lot because of what I owed versus what they felt like they could sell it for (and make a decent profit.) Apparently they don't keep tabs on what their employees do and so I suffered the consequences which resulted in a year's worth of depreciation on my trailer while interest continued to accrue on my loan. This was a very difficult situation for me due to the fact that I live in California and my trailer was out in Arizona at the time and I had just experienced a super tragic life altering event. A year later, I had no other choice, but to voluntarily surrender the trailer to the bank. Lesson learned for me. Shame on you JR Motors. Keep a better eye on your sales representatives and make sure that they are not making promises that your business cannot keep.
