He started attending the "parent and me" gymnastics classes, and at first, it was tough to get him to pay attention to instructions because he would run away. Still, after approximately six weeks, he started loving it. Coach Shelby and Coach Agnes helped him learn the exercises in a fun way, and he has recently graduated from the "parent and me class." So, now he attends the Penguins class, which is for toddlers 2.5 years old (30 months) and above. He goes to class by himself and looks forward to it every week. My six-year-old niece was also very shy. In the beginning, she started in the cockatoos class for preschoolers; this was when she was five, and just recently, she graduated and now attends the flamingos class. My niece had Coach Andrew for cockatoos, and he was terrific at helping her gain confidence. At the Flamingos class, my niece has a coach, Alyssa, and she is doing so well! My niece won't stop bragging about her fantastic coach! I noticed Coach Alyssa truly cares and encourages her every time. Overall, they are very happy to attend. My sister tells me that Customer Service does a great job. There is an ongoing "Happy" feeling in the facility, and I feel this is because they are so family-friendly. The building has always been clean. I noticed there are not enough chairs in the lobby for all the parents and visitors like me, mainly during 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm (peak time), and it makes sense because even though the facility is enormous, there are so many classes with many children with their parents and all want to see them. I am happy and grateful my nephew and nieces love it and that there are places like this one that positively shapes their life.

They actually pay attention to every child and their needs. My son was recently having some bully issues at school and broken down once he got to daycare. They called me immediately and the staff made him feel safe and helped build his confidence by telling him how brave he was. They never cease to amaze me. They had me in tears. They are so amazing that we are purposely looking to buy a house in the area they serve so that we don't have to find or use another daycare.

There's a huge lack of positive energy within them. Most mornings I can barely get a hi from the girls. In my past experience with other daycares, I've been greeted with positive energy. Given the fact that this is a daycare and they work with children their energy could be more cheerful. I've even called to ask questions and the girls on the phone are also either half of sleep or sound annoyed.

The infant room teachers were actually "playing " and interacting with the babies and the sweet noises of babies giggling made our day. For our 4 year old we were shown the preK room. Some language activity was going on and we could tell the children were involved and actually learning while having fun. The teachers at Goddard are amazing! The curriculum as we were told, looks great and covers all aspects of STEM. Important to mention that there was exotic smell of food being freshly prepared as they serve healthy meals. We are so happy to be a part of Goddard very soon. We are more than happy and satisfied after the tour.

We only left bc my daughter wanted to switch to gymnastics. The teachers were great. Most of all, the owners were amazing. They were so authentic and it was clear they loved all the kids. It was very family oriented. It is a safe place, great set-up, and has close circuit cameras for parents to watch classes, in the lobby. I recommend it often to other parents. If my daughter ever switches back to dance, I will gladly drive 35 minutes to this place.
