I have personally used their company on multiple occasions(far more than I would have ever like to admit) and if I am in the pierce county area he is the ONLY person I will call. I locked my only set of keys for my car, my gates and my apartment all on the same ring, in my car. He was right on time and it only took about 5 minutes. He even gave me a lesson. He was so nice he even offered to come over the next day and take a look at my car because I'd been having trouble with it and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't starting, among other things. Dave did an amazing job getting my car open for me, and got it done in (literally) less than a minute. Arrived 10-15 minutes after being called by AAA, at midnight. He offered for me to sit in his car while unlocking it, which was much appreciated because i was outside for awhile before calling AAA and was freezing. He also let me know that if there is an animal in a hot car, he will get them out for free and keeps emergency kits to help them from possible health complications from the heat. Shaggy's came to help my husband and I during the last snow storm. My husband and I were amazed at how quick the guy was who came out to help us and he even helped put on our snow chains because my husband just had shoulder surgery! It was so amazing because we didn't have cash but he accepted PayPal along with other cash apps like Venmo which was such a lifesaver!!
