Before he hooked up to the SUV we came out of the house and asked what he was doing. Instead of stopping, he put the bar out and lifted the back of the SUV. He said he was taking the SUV to his lot and wouldn't put it down unless we paid him $300. We had to call the cops to keep him from taking the SUV. The police said since he was hooked up it was a civil matter and we would need to take him to court for it to be resolved. The police talked him into lowering the fee to $100 so we paid him and he let the car down and left. He wasn't getting paid for the vehicle he was called to tow so he was going to get money from someone, whether it was legal or not! He was not helpful at all and wouldn't even tell us his name when the 911 operator asked for it. He said "it's on my shirt" but we standing in the dark and his shirt couldn't be seen. This guy will scam you for the most money he can get, even if it is illegally. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, this is on Christmas night.

My partner was checking the tires of a car he had on the lift when traffic stopped abruptly, and he ran I to the back of the truck infront of him, and admittedly didn't get his eyes turned back forward in time to hit the breaks. My partner admitted that and owned that fact. My partner was given a ticket for speeds exceeding conditions while being at 45 mph on the interstate. He is refusing to reissue the paycheck he issued my partner from 12/13 that bounced and place my partner's bank account in the negative. He also refuses to pay him out his paycheck for 12/27 that he worked the hours for. This is going to cause us extreme financial hardship with all of our utility bills as we were very much living paycheck to paycheck. On top of that he is kicking my partner's truck out of the west Olympia shop that we had community resources lined up to pay to get it fixed. The current owner is also telling my partner that he is going to sue him despite having insurance to cover accidents like this. He is also treating my partner like he did it on purpose......last ik accidents were called accidents not on-purposes.

The tow truck driver was incredibly helpful; before towing our car, he explored more than one reason the car might not be starting (trying to avoid a tow); he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He in fact correctly identified the problem within a couple of minutes (as we found out the next day from the mechanic). Once it was for sure that we could not get the car going, he obliged to tow the car to our chosen mechanic and once there, he even helped us park the car and fill out the overnight paperwork.
