Reported service for a flat tire @ 12:56pm..... got a text message that it would take approximately 15min to find service to come out. Received another text that it would be approx 1 - 1.5hr to come out. I notified them that I was disabled and it was imperative that the timing was ASAP. I received another text message @ 1:19 informing me they found a service and they wouldn't be out till 03:19 PM and 03:49 PM. I called ULTRA TOWING to inform them that this was a situation that required service immediately that I was in the heat and disabled w/ no place for relief. The person on the phone was very rude and short w/ me and said "that's the best i can do, and driver will call you on his way" then hung up on me. read more

Person name is Patrick Skahan base on his Facebook post. Interested in a truck he's selling. at first, he stated he didn't know too much about it. No title in hand just an affidavit. The person that's supposed to get it out of his impound lot didn't come and pay the bill. I want a 4WD but from the pictures theres no controls for it. So I assume its only 2WD. Being that said I looked up the plates to see the specs and it does state 2WD. He is almost certain that it has a transfer case. Which is possible if someone has swapped it over for AWD. But when looking up the specs, I brought to his attention. He was very truculent and told me not to keep bothering him. Said that I was wasting his time, by asking questions?! Seems very sketchy as well. Would not give me an address. Just give me a phone number and call me back at different numbers as well. Found out the number he is using to talk to me is associated with this business. I would not recommend dealing with this guy. At least have the decency to have skill to deal with people cordially. He found out I gave a review and he said why said I fabricated things which I have message record of our interaction! I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE AND IF THIS BUSINESS IS PART OF IT THEN I WILL STAY FAR AWAY AS WELL! read more

I am a AAA member with the basic level of coverage so this is my local towing service I choose to use. This is the second tow I've had to get for vehicles because they don't quiet qualify for my AAA membership. Both times I have had the pleasure of having David as my tow truck driver. He's very kind and always goes above and beyond. He makes sure my vehicle is secured and parked exactly where I'd like it. He even gave my car a jump to get the window up when the battery was dead. Tows are expensive but this team deserves the business. I'd also like to thank Kelly for dispatching my call and communicating thoroughly though out my tow service. Highly recommended. read more

Ultra Towing was dispatched to tow my car by AAA. I got a confirmation call from Ultra Towing advising it would be 30 to 35 minutes for the tow truck driver to arrive. After 60 minutes, I called the tow company back and asked for an ETA. I was told "I meant to call you...". The tow had been cancelled due to an emergency call requesting a tow. I understand the urgency for the emergency call, but the lack of communication was what earned them 2 stars. read more

This evening, I had a short in the wiring on my car trailer when the headlight were on, the trailer brakes would engages. I called AAA and was informed that this company will have to split the car on the trailer and the trailer apart. Two trucks came and ended up towing the trailer and car both with a single truck but was going to still drive both vehicles to Lacey from Olympia so AAA will still pay for both calls. They also damaged our car trailer while stealing our 2 in ratchet straps total 4 straps from our trailer when I went in the house while they disconnected. This is the rudest, untrustworthy company you have hire. read more

AAA sent out Ultra Towing to tow my vehicle less than 5 miles away. I SPECIFICALLY advised the dispatcher my car would not go into neutral so to make SURE their service truck was equipped to do the job. Ultra Towing showed up, ( without ever giving me a confirmation they has accepted the job, tow truck driver said text must not have come through). So I get a call that they're at my car and I need to head over, ( super inconvenient, without being given any notice or ETA, I had to leave my 3 month old son at home on a moments notice, and run out the door in my pajamas). Once I arrived, (about 10 min after I received the call), I apologized to the driver for him having to wait, and explained how much difficulty I had been having getting a tow truck, and that I never got a message about him accepting the job. He seemed understanding, but then, after he realized my car wouldnt go into neutral (WHICH I ALREADY EXPLAINED IN GRAPHIC DETAIL), he tells me he needs to make a call to get a wheel lift abd dolly, ( THE EQUIPTMENT I ALREADY REQUESTED TO BE BROUGHT), then, after he sits in his truck for a few minutes, I guess trying to request equiptment?... he just drives off.. literally.. out of nowhere. I was on my phone explaining the situation to my sons father who at that point was packing up our baby getting ready to head over and out of the corner of my eye.. I SEE THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER JUST ABANDON THE JOB. He didn't even say anything, ( I'm guessing he overheard my phonecall and was aware of my discontent about the situation). But still.. what kind of tow truck company does that? I could understand if I had been rude to the driver or gave them a hard time in anyway.. but regardless of how bull**** the situation was, I was in no way rude to the driver. AND HE JUST DROVE AWAY WITHOUT SAYING A WORD WHEN HE REALIZED HE DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPTMENT! Then, my fiance' called their company and was definitely and UNDERSTANDABLY upset, but once he used the f word while speaking to the manager, he was told that they weren't going to do the job anymore because he had used bad language. However, since their employee had ALREADY abandoned the job about 10 min prior, I don't think it was a matter of not WANTING to do the job, but not BEING ABLE TO DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Also, I will say that this whole situation is still F***ing Bull****. If you don't like hearing people say that phrase, well, maybe you shouldn't be such a F***ing Bull**** company.. pretty simple. By the way, I had another tow company come out about an hour later, they gave me an ETA, they didn't need any 'special equiptment', and they had my car towed back to my house in under ten minutes. My husband called this morning to get out car towed from a shop to our home. The guy who answered was extremely rude and did not want any info about our car, and where to park it. Once they arrived, the driver that approached was rude as well, without a mask. In our car, without a mask! Totally irresponsible!! They parked the car, crooked in my driveway, it doesn't run, so now I have to wait for my husband to get home to re-park. Would NOT recommend. read more

Destroy my lawn due to inexperience. Customer service rude and talking about they are not liable. Driver was out there digging his tires in for 5 minutes have over 2 ft deep hole and a bunch of uneven ground. they didn't even take the car. only cause damages. read more

I am so happy with Ultra Towing! My AAA sent them to me when my car was down. The technician was patient with getting on the military installation where I live, which can be a big pain. He was so kind & explained everything he was doing, pointing out parts of my engine that could be contributing to the problem, etc. He was younger, but so intelligent & knowledgeable. He easily got my car on his bed and took it to my mechanic with no issues. He made me feel so comfortable in this stressful time, as I know little about vehicles & have been really worried about getting my car fixed. read more
