He felt safe the entire time. His hair had grown a little bit longer than I would have preferred and had started to become matted. She did a fantastic job on him. She did have to go shorter because of the mats, but it was fine because his hair has grown out. It looks fantastic very even all over. She did a great job. We have a small (20 lb) American Cocker Spaniel rescue. We learned that Petz Place was recently purchased by a Veterinarian and is under new management. First impressions: The store front is a well stocked pet supply store, very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog. She received a wonderful haircut, nails were clipped and ears were cleaned. Instead of the usual 5-6 hour timeframe , she was ready to be picked up in less then two hours (meaning not being held in a crate while they service several dogs in a assembly line style). She was calm and happy when I picked her up. We were so pleased that I have scheduled here next appointment. I highly recommend Petz Place for grooming and pet needs.

They work around his elderlly issues to provide him a quick, caring and thorough grooming experience and now our Charley Hussle receives the 5 Star treatment! Woofy Wash is always on time and always gives great communication setting up appointments, how far they are out before arriving to our home, ect. For just this alone I would use them over and over but there is one other factor that is also most important. My zero stress of not having to take them into a facility at 7 a.m. and then pick them up at 2 or 3 pm. Knowing he doesn't want to go and then have to sit in a kennel for hours. My boys look amazing!…read more I have an Australian Shepherd and a Black Labrador Retriever. They're both big dogs, and neither one is exactly known for making a groomer's job easy. DHDC Mobile Pet Grooming absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the beginning, communication was excellent. I received text messages confirming my appointment window ahead of time, and on the day of my appointment they even let me know the groomer might be running a little behind. Ironically, he wasn't behind at all. I was given a two-hour arrival window of 3:00-5:00 p.m., and Corey arrived right around 4:00. That's about as perfect as you can ask for. The biggest reason we'll continue using DHDC, however, is Corey himself. My Australian Shepherd has previously been labeled as "aggressive" by other groomers when handling his paws and underbelly. Naturally, I asked Corey how he did. His response? "No aggression. He just got a little restless and wanted to lay down." That told me everything I needed to know. Waylon wasn't a problem dog. He just needed someone patient enough to work with him. Both of our boys look fantastic, but our Aussie required the most attention. Between the Grinch paws, the leg feathers, and enough rear-end fluff to qualify for its own ZIP code, he had plenty of work ahead of him. Corey cleaned him up beautifully while still keeping that classic Aussie look. All in all, the dogs are happy, I am happy, and our air purifiers are happy. I've already booked their maintenance grooming, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.

So as their customer, we are stuck until we know the time and by then it's too late for us to schedule other appointments. I understand the 2 hour window timeframe due to travel, traffic and perhaps longer sessions with the fur baby customer, however I explained the morning works best for us because both times we had late appointments, the equipment had mechanical issues and canceled our appointment, so wasted our entire day. The customers supporting their business deserves clear communication and specific dates with a timeframe at the time of scheduling. We have moved on with a more dependable company and the appointment date and time is what you receive.
